Double payment charge for a ride

I booked a ola with payment option to pay on the Ola app only using Google pay after ride.

But after the ride on drivers mobile app, it showed that i have to pay in cash hence i paid to the driver on his Google pay thinking that i might have selected payment by cash

Later i am shown outstanding payment on Ola app too. Why should I pay twice when I have already paid.

Paid in cash and also got deducted from ola money postpaid

I took a trip from Delhi airport to Pratapnagar on 27th oct 2022 and the bill amount was 767. After the ride driver told me that he will only take cash so I paid him the bill amount in cash and he told me that he will complete the trip from his end as paid. But now I can see that OLA has charged that 767 amount in my ola money postpaid which is due on 4th December 2022.br...

Return not accepted as per the policy

Have purchased the car on4th June 2022.The policy said if the customer is not satisfied with the car within the 7 days from the date of purchase then they it back.As per the policy i have drafted a clear mail on the 5th day of purchase i.e, on 9th June. From the day i have mailed i haven't received any proper response.By the month of July i was handovered RC from them. Many calls and mails done by me to them but i haven't received any response...

Harassment by Ola money

I have booked a Ola mini cab and the amount shown at the time of booking was Rs. 591. After completion of journey the fare charged was 1260. I have called & complained to Ola multiple times and their routine reply is 'Dynamic Fare'. Meanwhile the Ola money is harrassing me to clear the dues which is an inflated amount....

Rash driving by driver

Ola driver was abusive and Ola did not do about the complaint

I had booked outstation ola for to and fro journey in the morning of Sunday 16th oct from chandigarh sec 44A to Baba balaknath temple, Garhkal, near kasauli.

I booked an auto ride on 27th Oct 2022 with payment mode as cash. The trip cost was Rs.585/- and I paid Rs.600 as cash at the end of trip. Driver received it and went away. However, now the driver is denying cash received and marked it as due against me.

Convenience fees charged for Mini cabs

Extra Money Charged Unfairly

We were looking for an auto but only a cab was available. So we booked a mini cab. It was a wagon R. The fare was calculated to be about 140 rupees for the ride. We entered the car and soon realised that the driver was trying to take the longer route to the destination that was showing 10 minutes to reach initially. But he took more than 20 minutes to get us there....

Driver tried to deceive me and charged extra amount

Driver entered wrong odometer reading in an outstation cab and thought we won't notice and made the bill of 365 km. But when looked at the meter it was only 230 km. I called customer service and they said that pay the full amount and rest will be refunded within 48 hrs. Its more than 5 days But nobody called from Ola, neither the amount was refunded. I tried calling several times but they always say that we will escalate the matter. And still...

Driver purposefully inflated my bill

The driver i booked purposefully inflated my bill. He was on a call with someone else in the car talking about my ride and location and which routes to take purposefully. He took multiple wrong turns and went round in a circle twice at csm airport mumbai. My original bill was 486 and it came upto 764.

Ola Fraudulently Charging Cancellation Fees

OLA CRN[protected]

Ride was on 30/07/2022. Driver wasn't accepting call and also not coming towards my pickup location, so I cancelled the ride. No cancellation fee was charged on that time.

Suddenly on 29/08/2022, i.e., 30th Day from the ride, OLA sent a mail that I have been charged cancellation fee!

Not refunding my money

On 21st aug i booked cab which the bill was coming around 400 rs.while reaching to destination it came 800 rs. I raised complain which was recognised on 9th sept. They told to share bank details which I shared. Still till now, I didnt get my refund. I called 20 times to customer care but they are not resolving my issue.
