Highly charged for a rental ride

I have taken a rental ride from Ola with 2hrs and 20 kms for which I was shown Rs. 479 as base fare. Post my travel I was charged Rs. 1418. They are not providing any particular breakup as well for fare increased with Rs. 777....

Payment made twice

Had booked an Ola Auto ride payment method being phonepay. And paid at the end of the ride.
However, the driver said the payment was not reflecting on his app.
Later, he asked us to pay him the ride fare via phonepay.

We were charged twice for the say ride.

Need a refund!...

Fraud Company Ola Cabs, Don't set automatic payment they will ruin you

I have taken a ride from Ola Cabs last month. Fare was 650 around, I just booked it through app and when i finished this ride it was 1130.
Anyway i have paid this through AmazonPay
But Yesterday again when i created Ola Postpaid it had again charged 850.
It means fare of ride was 650 and i paid 1900 approx
They are manipulating people and increasing own worth, One of the my friend also having same problem. What...

I already paid the amount to the driver via gpay and after that i see the amount in my postpaid and ola don't even ask to change the payment method and i tried to contact the customer service but later on after so many days i got a call for payment and i explained the executive regarding my issue she said i ll get my refund but didn't recieved any refund and now they are harassing me via on whatsapp daily and giving me threats...

Postpaid payment related issue

Ola automatically put payment method as postpaid without even informing and as i didn't knew about it i went with the ride and at the end the driver make me pay in cash which i did but later on i got to know ola already put the payment method into postpaid now i am forced to pay the fare twice which i don't want as i already did it earlier...

Payment against my rides

Payments against my rides have been debited from my Ola money but I am being flooded by mails sms messages and even telephone to make payments again I have written mails and tweeted but still I am recovering same messages. In fact Ola has added late fee also
I am very much annoyed and embarrassed because of these uncalled for messages
Have written Ola support email also along with screen shots of payments as is there

Ola postpaid outstanding

I have never used Ola postpaid but 500 rs showing as outstanding in my account with 50 rs now added as late fees, getting repeated mails sms to clear dues. When as ask to provide details of trip it pertains to no response. On the given phone number nobody responds....

Charging twice for the same ride.

I booked Ola Cabs from Mumbai to Nashik and back the following day on 1st April 2022.
On 2nd April, after dropping me back, the driver Mohmmad Wasim said he wanted cash payment and refused to accept Ola Money.
I paid the amount.
Later, Ola Money charged the trip fee to my postpaid (which I had not asked or requested for) and now they just keep adding late fees to that amount.
I have mailed Ola thrice so far but...

Rash driving, Road rage, dangerous driving

I came across a cab maruti suzuki swift desire on Kalyan shil road near palava city bridge on 21st april 2022 around 7.15pm, the driver unnecessarily was driving his car very near to other vehicles and overtaking them in a horrible traffic jam. This creates a treat to people driving private cars. The number of the vehicle was MH43 BG2266....

On this ride while i selected google pay but the driver not accepting for Google pay when riding auto, so I paid cash amount. On the next ride while i choosing the destination Ola app asking for Google pay for previous ride so I paid in Google pay also. Ola post paid - amount charged twice

My name is Poornima. And my ola registered number is [[protected]]. I have been daily receiving a call from your end asking to clear postpaid amount. This incident happened in March 2022, when i used ola cab service at Bangalore. I had full amount 1500 to respected driver. You guys activated postpaid thing to my account without intimation. I'm being harassed from OLA cabs

On 5th march 2022, I took a ride through OLA Cabs of INR 171 which I paid through the application which was linked to my Gpay account. I paid for the ride with Gpay, received the invoice and left. Not refunding pre booking money

Regarding due of ola postpaid while paid cash.

I took a ride on 17th March 2022 by OLA Auto from ISBT Bhopal to Regal Town Bhopal. The CRN number of those rides is [protected].
I have paid 112 rs cash to the driver after the ride and my ola postpaid was also deducted with 112 rs. I have complained about this at the support centre.

Cab fare has been charged twice

Dear Team,

Refer to CRN # [protected] the bill of this ride is reflecting as pending in my Ola app however driver has taken this amount of 828/- from me in cash. Since there is NO CONTACT NUMBER updated on Ola app, I couldn’t register my complaint with them on the same day. However I have registered my concern on their twitter handle on the next day i.e, 16th Mar’22.

But I haven’t received any response...

02:36 PM JMR Jagini's Plaza, polkampally, Dwarka Nagar, Bahadurguda, Hyderabad.
Driver Ravi na has picked us and asked us to pay cash because his online payment is not working... So we paid 140 rs cash to him..and after ride..ola has deducted money 136 rs from my paytm wallet...

Pricing

I made a booking on tuesday on ola cabs from Sector 43- Sector 27 which is hardly 1 km distance (CRN[protected]), while charging the cab it was showing cab charges of INR 54 however I was charged INR 121 for the same.

Moreover I also booked the cab from Sector 27 to Sector 43 (same location CRN[protected]) however for that I was charged INR 53 correctly....

Calls and messages

I have been constantly getting calls and messages from ola team regarding my dues pending for amount of rs 151 for which i had travelled on 13th march 2022 from model town to domestic airport and had paid the auto driver registration no MH03 CN 8170 name kaleshwar and paid cash to the fellow.
Please someone look into this matter very soon as i am fristated of picking their calls every now and then while on drive.
