Book Room cancel due to rise in PRICE

I have Booked Room & Made Full payment in Advance on 14th July.

But i got call on 21st July to cancel the booking - MY Hotel Room was booked from 23th to 24th July - 2 Rooms.

I am calling to customer care - i got reply that APP is not working and Rate was not updated. So now price has been raised - you need to rebook hotel with new price and cancel current booking.

Its OYO mistake - they need to...

Not giving refund even after more than 20 days and not responding either

I haven't got a single refund out of 7 refunds for more than 20 days now. They not even responding now and just sent me a mail saying to wait for 7-14 days. Are you guys for real? How hard is it for you to refund my money?
No one from Oyo is responding and helping.
booking ids are QTLV0885, BJVC5377, Q8S31603, A3XQ5057, and, QN9U0398
I got a reply for the other 2 booking ids but that also says wait for 7-14 days.

Hotel denied entry even after advance booking

I booked an oyo hotel named Townhouse 1000 indian hotel on the night of 16th and made the advance payment of 1141 RS on oyo app. I traveled to that hotel at 12:30 of night and the hotel reception simply rejected entry saying to that that they do not have any bookin with my name. I showed them all proof of payment and booking confirmation msg but he simply said i'll not allow entry no matter what i say. He said you have paid to oyo then talk...

About extra payment

I booked a book for 3 nights and 4 days it showed total amount as 4390 i paid total amount and it showed booking as conform after that today it is still showing 1500 is remaining....

Refund not credited upon cancellation of booking

I booked a room in oyo 28415 Resort garden Retreat on 20 jul with booking id RAER7763. The booking at the hotel directed to pay ₹617 first nd rest of the amount later. Upon pavement through google pay to the oyo apps it said that the money got deducted but in the official oyo app it showed payment failed so to avoid the confusion we tried calling customer care several time but there was no response so we cancelled the booking and requested...

OYO property owner asking additional money

I have booked OYO on 19 july 2022 and when i reached hotel for checkin, owner was asking me for more money. Even i have done partial payment he says i didnt received any payment and when i cancelled my booking due to him OYO didnt gave me full refund.

They changed the hotel in the last minute without any consent

We had booked a hotel (Capital O 88025 BLOOMS STAY INN) on Oyo rooms a month ago and the booking was confirmed. The booking id is H10N3427. 2 days before the booking day again we contacted customer care and they confirmed that the booking is confirmed with (Capital O 88025 BLOOMS STAY INN). Refund of extra amount paid

I booked a hotel on 28th June, but at the time of Check in the hotel said you have to pay for extra, other than the app is showing and directly contacted oyo rooms, they said at time of checkout just pay extra and take the bill from hotel and oyo will refund the amount, I did the same and followed the steps, but now it’s been 22 days but no amount has been refunded to me, In the mail the support wrote it will be reflect in 7-14 days.br...

Refund of cancellation not yet received

Hello, i had cancelled three bookings in oyo on 21st of June 2022, still I haven't received any refund.the app is showing money refunded but still no money got transferred. No reply from oyo customer care also.realy irresponsible behaviour from the company...

Problem with booking

I booked an oyo on 18/7/22 for 19/7/22 when i went to the oyo it showed in the app that it has been cancelled but i did not cancelled the booking and i have paid the full amont to them when i booked now they are telling me that we will not refund the money since i have not cancelled from my end why will i pay i want my money refunded back to me the booking id is FSTZ3566...

Did not cancelled the booking still got charged

I have booked a oyo room for 19/7/22 for which i have paid 698 through my googlepay but when i went to the oyo it showed cancelled and i have not cancel the booking from my end now since the booking is cancelled feom my end i should be refunded with my money but they are not refunding the money to me i have tried 15 times to connect to their service desk all the time i have to wait for 10-15 mins and i am put on hold the booking id is FSTZ3566...

Check in denied, require refund
