Ordered a sofa bed, dining table, king size bed and a mattress. All messed up deliveries with bed broken in two parts and chipped from all sides. The packing was so poor that my 5 year old kid can punch his way through and make the bed break. Mattress was of a smaller size and apparently i was told to wait for 15 days before the new mattress arrived. i was order on[protected] of a queen size bed for my sister marriage Order Number was[protected]. Her marriage was on 28 may 14. Pepperfry was confirm me that they will shipped that item before 28 april i was also pay 13761 on booking date... But today is 3 june till know i am not recived my bed...I am always in regular touch with customer care the are always give me time that they will resolve that issue within 24-48 hours. The picture showing it contains steel juice peeler. But, they provided glass peeler inside of juice maker. Which is of less quality & less efficient to extract juice.
