Pepperfry : Cheaters of the highest standards

Ordered a sofa bed, dining table, king size bed and a mattress. All messed up deliveries with bed broken in two parts and chipped from all sides. The packing was so poor that my 5 year old kid can punch his way through and make the bed break. Mattress was of a smaller size and apparently i was told to wait for 15 days before the new mattress arrived. Not received my bed

i was order on[protected] of a queen size bed for my sister marriage Order Number was[protected]. Her marriage was on 28 may 14. Pepperfry was confirm me that they will shipped that item before 28 april i was also pay 13761 on booking date... But today is 3 june till know i am not recived my bed...I am always in regular touch with customer care the are always give me time that they will resolve that issue within 24-48 hours. delay in delivery and poor response

We ordered a sofa online from pepper fry and while booking it said delivery in 2 weeks. In the mean time we kept calling the relationship manager Alston, and he remained out of office all through. Now, its been another week and the sofa is still untraceable and the customer support is asking us to wait for another 10 days. Horrible experience, even after paying the full amount to these people. They only market discounts, but don't market...

Supplying less quality/false/cheaper product than purchased.

no warranty card in the package
