I placed an order for a wooden cabinet.

when I recieved the product on Oct 27 I found out that the actual MRP is Rs 495.

Wrong shipment..Ordered Beanless Ball, Delivered China Made LED torch

I ordered for a Beanless Ball from Pepperfry.com on 7th October, 2012 and they have delivered it today but instead they have delivered a China Made LED Torch..I was not home so my mother received the shipment so she couldnt check it at that point. This is utter nonsense and really a big fraud and the best part is they have also send the payment invoice along with it which is clearly mentioning about the beanless ball. I tried getting in touch...

Deficiency in delivery

I placed an order for backpack on pepperfry.com on 03-Oct-2012 (order#[protected]. The website mentioned delivery in 7 working days so I did not bother to call them up until 10-Oct-2012. when i did so after 10th Oct, my call was never answered as i was kept on hold for more than 10-15 minutes, but no one answered. It has been now 9 days and they have not shipped my item yet. Pls look into the matter.

Didn't received reimbursement of reverse shipment of order 100241786

I placed a order of a t-shirt with pepperfry.com on 24/08/2012. Order id is[protected]. The color of product is shown as Blue and Green on site, but the product I received of black color.

When I contacted them they asked me to ship it back and told me that courier charges will be reimbursed.
I sent it back to them on 31/08/2012 with DTDC courier Consignment No : V09882239, and they received it next...

Non refund from PEPERFR.COM of the product that was returned due to damage

I had ordered a softelsandwich maker from PEPPERFRY.COM Order no[protected] ON 3RD JULY 2012 but due to defects(was fuming) I had to return the product. The company till date has not refunded my money nor the courier charges.I have to call every alternate days and enquire about the refund status which has na null response
Strict actions should be taken against such online sits who play with customers trust and tolerance....

Pathetic customer service, pending compensation from their end

DESCRIPTION
I placed order for 32 products out of which one was "Himalaya Anti-Hair Fall Shampoo" on 28th Jan 12. I received the product in leaked condition on 5th Feb and same day raised the issue with their customer support by opening a support ticket. After this I just kept opening support cases and mailed them only to get no response or lukeworm response.
