Non-delivery of product

Order#[protected] and pepperfry complaint no. 00613156. Over the days I have spoken to innumerable customer service executives with well accented voices and who speak proper english. But am not impressed; for the simple reason that they hadn't been able to give me the real time status of the product (a bok rack) I ordered and falsely promised me to have their seniors call me to give me the real picture. But alas! that's a marketing gimmick...

PATHETIC DELIVERY TIME !!! 3 weeks Delay is NORMAL

Post speaking to their customer service i came to know that they misguide their customers by mentioning shipment days instead of delivery time on their website. Not received my order after 2 weeks and 5 calls

5% cancellation charges when no charges mentioned before

On this website I made two orders - when I tried to cancel the orders because I had to adjust my expenses for the month 1) they made me call back 5 times in 2 days to ensure that my order was cancelled 2) they mentioned a 5 % cancellation charges that is not visible anywhere on the website while making the order 3) more charges levied on furniture but no such information put up before hand anywhere My cancellation is still not done...

Supplying wood pieces instead of furniture

Dear Sirs,

I ordered for a Shelly book self to PEPPERFRY.COM, Plot No.6, Udaynagar, Jodhpur: 342001but received a box loose pieces of wood. My order # is[protected]

They displayed the complete book shelf on website but now refuse to send fitter to assemble these pieces.

I can't find any fitter here.

Big Bazaar and Home Town always send their fitter to assemble the furniture.br...

Pathetic delivery and careless customer care

They Never dispatch items on committed date and the customer care will try to teach new mathematics. Non delivery at doorstep

I have placed an order of Bean Bag vide order no.[protected]

th June 2014 for Goa destination. On 28th June 2014,
I have got a call from Sanquelim post office asking to collect the parcel. When
I said I have ordered online to Peppefry and it was free delivery to doorstep
