Through oversight, double payment is done for order no:[protected] through gpay transaction ids are 1.[protected] and 2.[protected]. Kindly do not cancel the order. Return any one payment in the original payment mode....

I have purchased two products from Shoppers stop online store and they have charged more than the MRP written behind the product. They have charged 200 extra i.e. 1450 for Mac Mini-Lipstick which costs for 1250 and 100 extra i.e. 850 Mac Prep + Prime Fix+ / Mini which costs for Rs.750. I ordered 10 tops from shopper stop online portal in 16 August 2023 in which they sent 1 yellow kibo crop top instead of 1 white kibo top. They arranged pick up for wrong delivered product. And on portal showed they are shipping on 6 September but till date no product delivered after multiple complaints noone is responding properly on calls and chats also even I complained on store also. I made the biggest mistake of my life by ordering a gift for my close one from shopper’s stop. First they couldn’t deliver my order even in 10 days. Now when I requested the company for cancellation, they’re just asking for 3 more days every time since the past 3 days.

I ordered a product which was defective so I requested for exchange. When blue dart came to deliver the exchange product, they asked for OTP which I never received. So the guy did not delivered the product. Since than it is held at Andheri location.
I have emailed multiple times to customer care but all I get is automated response that we have forwarded to the team. No action has been taken yet....

I ordered "Puma" shoes having order id[protected] on 12 july 2023. I returned the product on same day it delivered to me i.e 16 july 2023 and also attached photos in returning procedure. I didn't like the color and fit of shoes so i mentioned the reason as shoes looks different. So it went through their procedure. ShoppersStop does not process refund but keep on extending the date. This has been a second bad experience with ShoppersStop on Refund process. Earlier also, I got the refund after putting the matter on Consumer Complaints.
The item was picked up on 03/Oct and it was assured that refund will be processed in 3 days. After 3 more follow ups, these buggers are only asking for 3 more days every time. Refrain from Online shopping, as return/refund...

I purchased two watches total worth 17, 394 rps. I returned the products. The items were picked up but till now I haven’t received my refund. It’s been more than 15 days for the first order since the item was picked up. And more than 7 days since the second item was picked. I have been calling and emailing the customer care everyday even then there’s no update or resolution provided to me....

I ordered for reebok shoes on 23.Jul.23.

Product was delivered on 28.Jul.23.

I placed exchange on 28.Jul.23 for order ID[protected] for reebok shoes as I received wrong size shoe UK7 instead of ordered UK8 shoes .

The order was picked on 29.Jul.23 with shipment I'd AWB [protected]
It has reached the warehouse for quality checks .
No update received since then

I ordered ivy pillow on shopper stop and they delivered the wrong product on jul 16th and return was picked up jul 17th. It has been more than two weeks and no response from customer care. No mail or message from customer care. The customer care is not responding. the product has reached warehouse on 25th and according to shoppers stop with 48 hours refund or exchange should be initiated. I raised 3 different escalation and no single mail...
