Address: Chandigarh/ Panchkula

Swiggy rider CH01CE 5828, doesn't know how to drive. Drive rashly posing threat to other drivers on the road .. coming from pkl 12 main road to flyover road towards Panchkula Sec. 20 approx at around 6:30 pm. Please penalise this rider or cancel his employment otherwise I'll move to higher authority if required on legal ground also. When I complained to him just drive properly not to change the lane haphazardly and also in a serpentine manner...

Order incomplete - Lame response - Forced to take up discount coupon given or else wait for mail response

I had placed an order with Swiggy - from the restaurant Muthashy's - Fish Pothichoru by 2:47 PM on Feb 16, 2022. I was delivered the order with the Fish entirely missing in the fish meals. I had contacted swiggy thru their app and was told to chat with their customer executive on chat (Ms.Shivani), I was told to take up a Rs.89. Hi, yesterday I ordered with swiggy order number #[protected]
The delivery person neither called me nor he rang the door bell after reaching the delivery address. After 10 mins I received the message that your order has been cancelled. So I went out to check what happened. The delivery person was sitting there 1 block away. I asked him are you from swiggy, he mentioned i can't deliver as your order has been cancelled.

Service received from the chat executive

Hi my order I'd is[protected] and as the delivery partner is not responsive i contacted your chat support executive for help. His name is Mayur and he was absolutely worst and kept me waiting till i lost my patience and ask to cancel the order and his response was as you are unwilling to wait i have to cancel your order.
You are not doing favour by giving me food that I pay for. Sad state!...

Wrong order and refusing to refund my money back.

Food not delivered No resolution from customer car

I ordered food from Swiggy last night. They were late and delivered around midnight. When I opened the package it was incomplete order. My order amount was 1040. They delivered something worth Rs 200. It was just breads.
They had left out my main dish and side dish entirely.

Now all of a sudden i am logged out and it is asking me to sign up again, when i do using above number it say number has been used 6 months back, not sure why.
