Driver denied turning on the ac

I usually book Uber AC cabs for our comfortable journey.
On Saturday 23rd October 2021, I booked a cab for travelling from South Dumdum to Noapara at 3:53 pm. The cab's AC was off when I told the Driver to switch on the act he simply denied saying "Sir, AC on nahi karenghe oil ka daam bhaut bad gaya hai".

This is not one incident, it's happening regularly.

Please Uber add some extra fare to the total...

Already cleared.

It is not a matter of just Rs 163/- that I had paid twice (Cash to the Driver as well as Through Paytm Wallet afterwards for clearing the entry in your system), but a matter of Professional Ethics.

Thank You very much for Not paying a heed to a Customer Complaint.

I must say that it is very Poor Customer Service, I had experienced with UBER.

Ride booked but not served

I booked a ride on 17th Oct 2021 at 2:00PM and scheduled my ride for 18th Oct 2021 at 4:45AM.at the time of ride, app showed driver is on the way to pickup. Suddenly it denied and confirmed "No driver available".
At that instant, how can one manage to book and arrange the vehicle.
This act is literally intolerable. If anyone can help me how to complain this behavior, please help me

Im complaining about the Uber driver

This is to bring to your notice that my friend had booked an Uber cab in Jaipur. The pick up location was Chaugan stadium to Trade centre mall. The driver name was Mr. Amar and the cab no was 9863 or so. The driver mislead them and drove them all the way to the area where the next driver was supposed to interchange without even informing the passengers about it all. My friends were supposed to reach their destination within a few minutes...

Failed to pickup after booking for a ride

Address: 2, 3rd cross st,subbaraya nagar thiruneermalairoad

I booked uber auto for pick up from ketty home subbaraya Nagar 2 ND cross st Thiruneermalai road chennai 44 to panchayat union middle school ottiyambakkam at a fare of 240.00. I got PIN number for ride driver number and he called me agreed to pickup.
But after few minutes he abruptly dropped my pickup and I got another driver name phone number and vehicle number. 2nd driver also repeated same while he was near to my home.

Cancellation fee charged to customers

If a driver cancels the trip why customers has been charged with cancellation fee.my driver cancelled

Driver didn't reach even after 40 min wait
Then suddenly stopped picking call
Cancelled my trip
And this useless uber app says I will pay cancellation charge
I lost my much time and I will file case in court against this loss of time and cheatful taking money...

Cheating at udaipur rajasthan

Yesterday we have booked one taxi from udaipur airport to udaipur the total cost as per uber was shown 420/-but the driver refused us thereafter he said that, if we will pay him 700 in cash then he will drop us we were getting late so we had to pay him 700 in cash and receipt was issued for rs 420.i suggest everyone donot book taxi from uber at udaipur airport....

Over charged my last ride

Yesterday i booked a cab from Tri-nagar new Delhi location to Sant Nagar ext. New Delhi at that time of booking my fare was showing 200 something after discount but when I drop to my destination my fare was showing 743 this is because cab driver take a long route because of that I got late to reach to my destination also. This is not my fault. kindly update the charges which are as shown while booking the cab....

I've been wrongfully charged!!!!

What happened -

- I book an Uber from IGI Airport T3 to get dropped in Dwarka...
- The driver calls me to check where I need to be dropped.
- I tell him I need to go to Dwarka
- He tells me he has reached the pick-up point and drops the call.
- I see the pop-up that the trip has finished and have been charged a sum of INR 380.60 without even being picked-up!!!
- There was no way of contacting...

Pending payment duplicity from uber

I have made the payment dues of ₹18 on 27/09/21 and also 9on 07/10/21but the due keeps on popping up each time i time I try to make fresh booking..i had previously tried to contact uber through emails and helpline but got no response.if the issues or not resolved immediately they we may have to go legally....

Outstanding amount even after paying in cash to the driver

I took ride on 25/6/21, I was in rush so I paid to the driver in cash for a non-cash ride and the payment wasn't updated by driver after I paid him the ride amount of 243 rupees.

Since I was not aware of the policy that payment issues cannot be updated after 90 days, I cannot book the ride because the application still shows outstanding amount of 243. I will be forced to stop using uber serivces incase this issue is not resolved...
