complaint against not provided warranty certificate and gift

I have purchase asus tuf series gaming laptop on 4nov2018, apply for warranty on nov16, 2018 it now 2 months and above till now not getting any response asus india about this.
I have call multiple time but the call is always busy and email is send that got reply to be provided in 15 days it now also 20 days from that day.
My ticket id is adw126028.
It will be helpful forme if i get it as soon as possible....

fake advertisement about the phone

I bought 2 asus zenfone max m1 (For me and my brother) from flipkart on october 26. The main tag they give for their product was "work overtime". But the battery is not lasting for 4. 5 hrs in a full charge. Charge became 0 within 4.5 hrs.
Is this their over time work. And the condition is getting worst for each updates the give.
I want compensation of ther cheating and a new model phone.

wrong set of phone was given to me and is not ready to replace it, though i have warranty period.

I bought asus zenfone m1 pro online (Flipcart) in july 2018. After 13 days it started hanging and showed worst result.

I was not able to return it by flipcart due to days limit of 7_10 days.

I went to asus service centre udiapur (Rajasthan, india) for its treatment.
After few days of repair it again start hanging and this time it also affected my security of phone.

Zenfone max pro m2 accha mobile phone hai but isme 5000mah ki battery hone ke baad bhi ye acche performance nahi deta hai isliye aap jaldi se battery optimisation ka update kare taaki humne jo paise is phone me invest kiye hai uska fayda hume mile aur aapki company ki reputation bhi khrab nahi ho. Lekin, muje mere ek friend n bataya ki isame update k bad bahut problem face karni pad rhi h like as battery drain issue, screen touch problem, face and finger lock or heating issues bhi h. I want to purchase this device but its has many bugs in this device when using max pro m2.

Asus had hosted an unbeatable fan club contest in december. The results were supposed to be announced by the 31st of december but are still pending. Asus doesnt reply to tweets, dms, facebook messages and emails. I have been tweeting them continously about the same but they do not reply. Moreover, the people on the helpline are clueless about the contest....

asus s430ua-eb153t delayed response over defect

On 24/12/2018 i ordered a laptop which turned out to be defective and i requested an immediate return (Processed on 25/12/2018) and very conveniently the company said it would look into it (Technician visit) before 30/12. Today it is further extended to 31/12.

A very disappointing experience buying an asus notebook.

I bought a new notebook 2 weeks ago and the audio (Both speakers and headset) don't work. I tried updating the drivers, downloaded the realtec drivers from asus site and installed it, did everything i could without much success.
I did a chat online with asus customer support. They were completely clueless as well.

I wonder what kind of product testing...

asus r541u keyboard and other problems.

Its been 1 year since i bought this laptop, and it has many defects such as battery failure, slow performance, some keys on the keyboard are not working properly too. I had total faith in the brand and that's the reason why i bought the laptop in the first place.
