Defective monitor - gsync not working

I bought a new monitor bearing Sl. No. M3LMQS395917 on Dec 31st, 2022. It took me time to set up the new PC and get all my games running. It took me time to realise that gsync is not working since it is not possible to find out by naked eye easily.

Later when i saw in settings of nvidia control panel, i realised that it was showing that monitor is not gsync compatible as claimed in the website of asus product desciption. br...

Persistence issues

I am a student
with lots of difficulty my parents bought me laptop but within 2 months there is issues in the laptop when asked to replace the reply was we cannot replace it as replacement warrantee is only for 2 days. the company provider person comes and solve the issues again the another issues arises. in almost a year the external Ram, Motherboard, battery, coolant applied for 2 times has been replaced after that my issues resolved....

Laptop didn't get repaired by your dumbest Authorised service centre

I gave my laptop because it was not switching on they said mother board problem they told they will replace. There after took around 5 weeks . Finally got laptop with damaged light bars and speaker

Led screen not working of newly bought laptop

I bought a new laptop ASUS vivobook laptop 14 X151J on 28th Aug. 2022.
it was working well till 17th sept 2022 suddenly it stopped working on 17th sept 2022. i went to nearby ASUS service center and they told me that the led screen of my laptop is malfunctioning and it will take 5 to 7 working days to get as new screen replacement.
as my laptop is in warranty. i request you to get my laptop replaced by new laptop or else refund...

Parts not available

I had submitted my Asus ZenFone 6z for repairing at the service center but after a week they call me and say the parts are not available and Asus had stopped manufacturing.
Seems like my 35, 000rs cell will just lie dead.

Asus TUF a15 repair issue not resolved for 1 and half month

I have a TUF a15 that has a screen issue. It is almost 2 years old now. I purchased an extended warranty till October 2022. I have been in touch with the Asus team for over a month trying to get the issue resolved. They have passed my complaints to different departments and asked me to write to them. After that, they asked me to wait for the last 2 weeks as the issue is being resolved. Their toll-free number does not have anyone to answer...

Poor service, product and violation of consumer rights

I bought Asus strix G15 laptop on 2nd October 2021 and now I have started to face issues with my product like
1) Keyboard automatically typing 0 continuously
2) charger not connecting properly,
3) back panel of laptop screen give a little bit
of electrical current if we touch while laptop

Warranty claim

I opted to claim my warranty, for the screen dead issue, i contacted asus and they told me they will call after two day, and i received email saying their technician will call me for further detail, now its been more then 1 week, they havent come to fix my problem, and when i check my repair status, it was showing my issue were resolved, they didnt came....

Hi,
My name is amit kumar. I made transaction of 2499 Rs. for my asus x13 laptop to extend warranty by three years and received the confirmation mail from asus on 13th june 2022 to wait for next 45 days to receive warranty card.
More than two months (60+) days has passed (as on 22 aug 2022), but no mail, whatsapp communication I received from them (not even on mail). Tried finding customer number, all in vain.

Quality issue
