It has been only a month I bought the Rog x13 expecting Asus to provide a good laptop. The keyboard I get is a busted one. One keypress and it just keeps typin the same key non stop. Keypress delays most of the time. The bluetooth dies says there's no bluetooth in the system. And to make things worst, WiFi just didn't connect starting today. I recently purchased the laptop from an authorised store of the brand. It is Asus tuf a15, the laptop has display and flickering issues, it has not been even a month since I purchased. I had reported the issue to the company and the customer care as soon I noticed, but they are not replacing the laptop instead they are reparing continuously everyday saying some or the other reason without fixing. I have requested for at home service. They are not appointing service saying servicing location not under area.
