Price discrepancy in phone spares

I had approached the Asus service center, Pune for getting my screen fixed for ZenFone2 - ZE551ML. The Asus staff told me the cost for the same would be 4700 INR. However, the sceeen for my phone model(authentic) is available for less than 3000 INR online and with other dealers. Smart phone dead after 1 year.. I lost my important data

Asus zenfone 5. Subject:- very poor battery backup.

My phones battery backup is very poor. If I made the battery 100% charge, hardly I can use it for 2 and half or 3 hours.
But if am keeping it idle battery won't get low. My phone is in warranty period. I went to a service center in Bangalore seven times with the same complaint. The fact is still they can't identify what is exact problem. They told me they have changed battery. And software is a new version now but the problem is not...

I am complaining about asus zenfone 2 sim slot problem

I am facing the problem regarding SIM slots of my mobile. My mobile does not detect the SIM and even if it does then also for very short time. I have this problem since last few months.
