Zenfone 2

I have bought this phone in may since then my handset is submitted to service center for repair and now the sixth time i have to file a complaint again for same reason that is hanging of screen during incoming call. Not a single person from company as well as the service center is not giving any satisfactory reply. So i am planning to sue them in consumer court....

I submitted my handset for mic repair on 14 Sep 2015 to ASUS service center at Bhubaneswar. Its been more than 14 days and I still have no solution from their end. Delay in service of Asus Zenfone 6

Hi I gave my asus zenfone 6 for gorilla glass replacment in service center addressing 210 Shivai towers Saku naka Mumbai on 1 Sept 2015. Asus zenfone 501cg mobile

I have updated my phone to lollipop version manually. After updating, it is hanging like anything. I have to press start button for 5 or 6 times, then also it won't open. Phone with Customer for last 2 months in 3 months since purchase

Lack of service for in warranty product

Bad service provided by company

I have owned asus zenfone 2 in the month of april 2015 now mother board, sim slot, battery spoiled so i have given it for service on 26th aug 2015 till today i have not got my cell phone and didnt got proper response from the service center so pl resolve my problem and i cant wait any more...
