Laptop hanging while in use.

Motherboard fault

I bought a motherboard of asus thinking it to be the best option. But from that day i am facing a lot of problems.

I gave it to the service center because it had a issue in it but the feedback i got is really worse. So i wanted to confirm that is this the way that a big brand satisfy its consumers?
Its been only 1 month and i am not getting and benefit from it, i would rather say Gigabyte better option than Asus....

Asus zenfone 2 ze550ml from chandigarh

I had bought Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML /Serial No: [protected] vide Invoice Ref Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected] from Flipkart on 27th Jul 2015.

The touch screen of the is not sensing the touch. It is happening only in the middle of the screen, I am unable to dial for this neither able to do any other network job.

I reside near Panchkulla / Zirakpur area.

The phone is still under warranty...

Customer service is customer harassment

Asus arranged my zenfone 2 for repairs and was send by blue dart to ahmedabad for repairs and the repairs was completed on same day ie 03.05.2016. Since then the phone is lying at the service centre for the want of reverse pick up by blue dart, neither the service centre is giving any satisfactory reply or asus personnel is expditing the fast pick up by blue dart. Asus zenfone 2 having problem

Bought my asus zenphone 2 4gb ram in december 2015 online. But from last two weeks phone is not working properly. When ever anybody calls, sometimes the phone screen gets hanged and i m unable to receive the call. Cheap service

Purchased this mobile on jan 15, had problems of otg, wifi, dislpay and many, gave to service center on feb 8 it touch solutions. that service center gave my mobile after a month and problem didnt solve faced the same issue. gave to new asus service center on april 20 and they are with my mobile for 10 days and ordered spare only on april 29, and still with mobile. i am facing many problems but this company not doing replacement or refund....
