I bought an asus zenfone 2 laser from flipkart.com on dec 6th 15.I had to give it n Asus service centre on 02/01/16 because the phone wasnt turning on, a speaker issue and constant update notifications which were probably the reason why the phone switched off.I was told it'll be fixed in Two Working Days.which dint happen.I checked on 5/01/16 and was told i wil be contacted once fixed wich again dint happen.I called cx service on 11/01/15...

Asus service centre in shillong

I have a Zenfone 5. Recently the charger gave some problems so I took it to the service centre here in Shillong Meghalaya. The service centre has asked me to drop the charger there and also that I would get a new one within 5 days. It's been more than a week yet they still have not got a new one and they don't even have some Asus chargers on board so as to be able to buy... Poor service......

Zenfone 2 poor reception
