Indigo forced me to pay cancellation charges after THEY rescheduled my flight

I had booked 3 tickets from New Delhi to Bangalore for the 13th of November, due to depart at 2:30 PM and land at 5:15 PM. Indigo pushed the flight time to leave at 3:45 PM instead, and now refuses to give me a refund. They say since the change is less than 2 hours from the original time, they can't refund my money. Their policy only states I have to pay a cancellation charge if I make any changes or cancellations 2 hours before the flight....

Baggage delayed

I am the passenger who travelled today in your flight indigo 6e 557 today nov 4th 2016 at 07:10 am from chennai (mma) to bhubaneswar (bba).

While taking boarding pass indigo staff told me that my baggage they will send in next flight.

But after reached bhubaneswar still did not receive my luggage

Kindly check where is my baggage status and when i can get it.br...

Refund against no booking but transaction initiated

My account has been debited without a reservation being generated by the indigo while booking a flight, a payment for txn id 2a673308d[protected] has been initiated by the website but no booking has been done on 28-11-16. On complaining through their website, they have ask for three to five working days to process the refund but still no refund has been done....

Food

I am mr kinjal dixit. I was travelling with pnr no k73y3s in flight 6e-161 from delhi to ahmedabad on 3rd november 16.

Your flight attendant miss anandita served me a stale hot dog. The hot dog was not at all tasting good and the onion on it had strands coming out of it. The bread was hard and had fungus patches on it. Moreover it was served cold.
What is shown while booking a meal during ticket booking and what i get...

Suitcase badly damaged

On 26th oct ' 2016 we came from the flight and after collecting the luggage we observed that our one suitcase is badly damaged i.e; the wheels are broken. @IndiGo6E Hello Indigo, i don not know how to start ...you guys always ask for feedback about your service but today i found indigo has thief .

Today i traveled by Indigo flight 6E163 and 6E342 from bangalore to patna (via Lucknow) and i found from my checked in bag missing gift pack mobile phone(levano phblet), camera (nikon D5100 +50mm lense), creams, hair spray .

i am sure it was stolen in Lucknow airport,...

Non receipt of air ticket after payment is made.

On 26.10.2016 at around 5.10PM, while booking an air ticket in Indigo flt. for my journey from Agartala to Kolkata and back through Go Indigo App, I paid a sum of Rs.4, 256/- being the cost of air ticket by using my SBI debit card through payment gateway –CC Avenue . The amount was debited from my account against CC Avenue COS/TSN[protected] . But in spite of payment made, no ticket was generated.

Loss of articles

I would like you to refer my complaint lodged on 23.10.16 about loss of articles including stainless steel items, green tea packet etc which were kept inside cargo during my journey from Begaluru to Kolkata (PNR no XH75GH) fight no GE713 .
The above items were kept inside in a canvas bag bearing Tag number 6E[protected] and the bag was received at the arrival belt with a open stitch due to bad handling by your staff member engaged...

Damaged baggage under fragile

I was travelling from delhi to srinagar today on 25th oct 2016 besides having under fragile my luggage my brand new bag was damaged and i have proof to show with photograph. When approached officer he did not pay any attention at airport. Kindly note i was flying in 6e-653 pnr wgth7u.
I would like to know when will any action be taken its my brand new bag. I want compensation. Worth 5000 rupees bag it was.....

Improper enquiry of personnel banking security

I got refund of RS. 7614/- on 25 Oct 2016 for double deduction from my bank account. However, prior to refund of the amount, on the pretext of card to card refund, enquiring of my personel bank security vis a vis ATM Nos and my net banking user ID as well as password for refund of the said amount is not proper at all. It is against the law. I will be compelled to lodge FIR against the company....
