harassing people in submitting documents

Hi,
In 2018 i have submitted claim for cataract operation for my father for one eye. At that time, after few document submission and few follow ups, claim was settled easily.
I renewed the policy again that year with increased amount considering the credibility of mediassist, but this time it's really painful. I have submitted claim on 9th august 2019 and submitted all originals on 13th august 2019. After that real harassment...

ecashless - maid 4026453753

Hello

We have renewed the policy this year considering the past claim of radiotherapy was successfully processed by medi assist (Claim id h[protected].

Same set of documents like declaration of smoking in past is submitted this time but this is very unfair that they have rejected the ecashless this time.

Need justice on this....

I am suffering a rare disease crohn. The doctor advises me to take remicade injection for that. I was admitted to the hospital to take this injection s per doctor to advise. But got rejected two times from hospital. I have doctor clarification to take this injection. I have checked the policy paper. There is no mention for the disease crohn is excluded....

mediassist reimbursement claim not settled even after 1.5 years

not able to submit claims and not able to connect to customer care

I have been trying to call customer care since yesterday they don't respond or call gets disconnected after a while without answering. They fool us by saying i am unable to hear when they perfectly are able to hear. I wanted to clarify that if i need to submit a claim online we have option of submitting in 7 days after admission or after surgery or after discharge. Also what is the procedure if we miss submitting within 7 days of admission?...

false treatment and improper documents required for reimbursement of claim

I have submitted reimbursement claim to Medi Assist India who is TPA for New India Assurance. They have asked all documents including hospital case papers. I have submitted. They have again asked hospital bed capacity and registration number. Hospital has given declaration form stating their registration, bed capacity and doctor credentials. But they are not accepting the letter. They are not even providing guidance or any template document....

unable to get the reimbursement amount even though not utilize cashless claim

My father admitted in hospital for eye operation on 16-july-2019, want to use the cashless claim[protected] and hospital also process cashless claim as well. But very huge delay in processing the cashless claim so my father discharge getting delayed two days. Finally we don't want to utilize the cashless claim so we have paid the full amount in own cash and discharged on 19-july-2019 as well.

wife's name missing in portal

I have raised a complaint with customer care for my wife's name not showing in mediassist portal. I have been following up with them since 8 days. Due to this technical issue, i could not submit the claim within 30 days time frame. My complain id is 8175142.
They are not even telling me how to submit claim offline (As online process is having some technical issue)....

claim approved but amount not transferred

I have raised 2 reimbursement claims one for my self and other for my mother. Claim number 98659464 got approved on 26th july 2019 but still i haven't received the amount. And claim number 98659459 got approved on 6th august even this i haven't received the amount. After making multiple calls and escalations there is no response and none to help. Mediassist looks like just fooling the customers without giving the amount even after approvals...

settlement payment not received

I have submitted claim[protected] on 24th july 2019, regarding which i received message the claim is settled, and amount is transferred to my account vide transaction ref. No.[protected]gn00201 on 31st july.
But i haven’t receive any money in my bank account.
