Dear sir,
I ordered a shirt on 29th september 2019. It was supposed to deliver on 12 th october but they delivered it on 4 th october. I got a message about successful delivery. They even did not call me when they delivered. Initially, i thought they perhaps deliver to the hostel manager but when went, there was nothing. Now when i called them on 12 th october that i have not got my order they are saying that it is too late to help...

I have ordered two jeans which are very loose and different shade. Now i want to return my product.. And i requested to return and myntra was showing it will be pick up within a one day but it's been 4 days still no one came to pick.. Next week i m going out of town.. Now tell me how will i return those things if i won't be here.. Also i want my refund back as soon as possible as i m going out of town.. If they don't pick up till then i wont...

My pruducts should be delivered day before yesterday but that delivery team not responding my call and without intimation he cancelled my delivery daily and myntra team also not responding to my complaint they rejecting my call every time i called to that delivery guy. And they kept status as costumer refused... It's not fair at all and i'm fully disappointed dissatisfied with myntra...

I bought a shirt from myntra but it was not good and different in color so i requested for return. It is almost 10 days and they did not pick up order until now. They mentioned in their return policy that they pick up the item within 5 to7 days after return request. After 6 days of creating return requests, they sent a message that they will pick up an item but they did not pick up....

I ordered one tommy hilfiger belt for 2270 rs. I received that belt in damaged condition. And when i placed return request mentioning that the belt is damaged. The person denied to pick up the product because on his app the product was not pre approved and he told me to call on customer care. I did that but the customer care people said that they are registering missing product complaint regarding that belt and i have to wait for 3 days......

I placed two orders but the orders failed at the payment gate. The money got deducted from my paytm wallet twice but i received no order confirmation. Tried reaching to customer care, wrote an email on myntra resolver and tried reaching paytm but got no revert from anyone. All bills and processing errors are attached in the pdf.

I have ordered twoproducts which was supposed to be delivered by 10th and 12th of oct 2019 respectively. But i haven't received any of those. When i called the myntra support service they asked me to wait till 16thoct and then they will tell me when i am going to get the product delivered to me which is unacceptable.

I hope this reaches to myntra and they work on this asap....

Hello team, i have ordered 5 blazers from myntra. Out of 5 only 4 products were delivered on 6 oct, 2019. I was out of town and wasn't able to check the package. When i came home and saw, there were only 4 products inside it. When i am contacting myntra, they are informing me that they cannot do anything as it's post 48 hours. How one earth any person who is out of town can check the package on the same delivered day! I want myntra to refund...

What is the use of online purchase when the company doesn't considering warranty period

I have purchased online giordano watch which is in warranty period for 1 year my purchase date 22th june 2019
If it is chargeable then what is the use to buy such a precious watch that too branded online purchase???
I just want to change my watch or replace the inside...

Hi i have ordered a shoes and some promotion was going on with out any info how insider points got claimed i was unaware now am unable to exchange my shoes i need exchange if you want i can pay for that points i don't want to keep that product to myself if you can't help me plz once my orders received close my account i don't want to use myntra anymore....

I have ordered a product from myntra during the dusshera sale this year (2019). When the product delivered, i was not at the address. So i asked my friend to pick up the parcel. My order with order which was made on 29th september with order number[protected]-4660303 has not been delivered while its written delivered in the app on october 9th. Pliz help me get my order soon. I paid through debit card. I tried contacting through app and also the delivery agent but they could not establish a conversation due to unavailability of agent. The item was not picked up on selected date and still the item is not picked up till date.
Trying to contact customer care but always your champions are busy. No customer care is available to guide.
No other mode of communication available.

I placed my order for corsica sandal on 04.11.2019 with order no[protected]-9565501. I recieved a defective product. It appeared that the sandals were already used. I placed the return request with return no [protected]. Now i have recieved the message that the return failed quality check and refun is on hold.

The product was already damaged. How am i responsible for quality check?

I have requested return for this item. But nobody is coming to pick it up. Everytine i recieve the email saying "return pickup failed because customer was not rechable".
It is a complete lie. I had ordered 13 items from myntra during sale. If i am available to receive the delivered items. Then why did my phone goes out of network during return pickup calls only. Myntra people are behaving very irresponsibly.

I have purshased a doc martin shoes (Order no[protected]-9061003)
On 9th august 2019 pf rs1379.42 and when i wear those shoes they are uncomfortable for me and then i return. I wait for 2 weeks for my refund and then i get a mail regarding the failure process of return check and then myntra call me and said that u will get your shoes reshipped to you in max 2 weeks i am waiting from 2 months for my shoes and they havn't sended...

Dear Sir/Mam, I have placed an order on myntra today with successful transaction through paytm
But my order was not shown successfully done nor i received any order confirmation. I did call on customer care, but i haven’t received any better response from them. Firstly they asked me to wait for 48 hours, now they asked me to wait upto 15 oct. This is ridiculous. My transaction was shown successful through paytm.
