On 30/9/19, 11:40 am, i placed an order on myntra, i payed through paypal. The money was deducted from my account but order was not placed.

An amount of rs 3984 was debited from my account

Following is my invoice id - 112170177373434451501
And transaction id - 2v[protected]

I tried to contact customer care, but they are not supporting.

Please help me to get refund the...

I made a purchase on myntra and paid through bhim upi option, the amount was debited from my sbi account but my order failed. I got in touch with myntra and they haven't received the amount. There is some issue from the bank's side. However, the amount is cleared from the bank's side. It has been debited from the account and sent ahead is what they say. Myntra is saying that they haven't received the amount and are asking to wait for 10 days...

I ordered a product from myntra on sep 30, 2019 using my paypal account, the amount got debited but the order is not placed and when i contact to myntra they say that they have not git the money and they told me to talk to my bank and paypal customer service. I don't know why they are doing this but my paypal activity says the transaction is completed. I just want my money back. Myntra could not do this to me i am very old user of myntra....

Have placed an order for a jacket for rs 2619.00 on 3 oct, 2019. Amount has deducted from my sbi account but no order placed is shown on myntra orders section. I ordered an elle 18 lipstick on 29th September. I receievd the lipstick today. The proce was worth Rs. 90. The lipstick is broken and used and not properly packed. This is the first time it has happened. I have always trusted Myntra and been a loyal customer. An action better be taken or I advocate not buying cosmetics from Myntra. Really disappointed....

My order no. :[protected]-0099001 has been continuously declined day by day. The executive says to bring it like today but wouldn't deliver tomorrow. He is doing this for like, six days. I want my package as soon as possible. I also tried Myntra's "contact us" option. But everytime I try, it says that they aren't available at the moment. I tried to call the executive but the phone no. is not correct. I can't call the company either....

One day it is in tollygunje, kolkata.. Next day it is in bhawanipur, kolkata... The next day again it is again in same place tollygunje.. And now today it is in chinnar park, kolkata
They are just moving this product from one centre to another in kolkata.br...

Myntra has just exceeded their limit.. They don't care about the customer.

They were to deliver my product on 29/09/2019. This is the delivery date.

Right now from 29th, they are moving my product from one delivery to another in the same city..

1st it was in bhawanipur on 30th (1km from my address). Next day it was moved to tollygunje.. They didn't even deliver me.. Now it has been moved to chinnar...

I’m krishna devnath. My order no. Is[protected]-9711301. I ordered an roadster shirt but instead of that i received an baby pyjama in the package. So i requested the return mentioning wrong product as a reason, but the collecting guy denied to accept the product and told me to. Call myntra for help. Which i tried but didn’t but there is no proper response to my problems. Please help me and take this product and refund my money back....

Recieved a pack of 2 jeans on 30th september 2019 and i was waiting for my order of 3rd jeans. Later i learned that 3rd jeans is already delivered on 30th october 2019. On 2nd october 2019 when i try to understand the situation they told me that i can't complaint now cause i should have complained within 48hrs. All cheaters.. They should atleast register a complaint to understand were was the fault and what went wrong.. All non sense......

I ordered 2 jeans from myntra amounting 1452.15 and made payment two times through paypal on 30th september...both got unsuccessfull and order didnot get placed but amount is debited twice from my account for same order...I contacted myntra customer care...myntra is telling they have got only one amount and so refunded one amount...but money is deducted in name of myntra twice in my account statement...how can the respected website like myntra...

I really wonder how could someone do that which myntra has no strong back to it. Also the hacker placed an order on 29th sep which was hrx by hrithik roshan and the amount got deducted from myntra credit (₹1762). I spoke to, kethan, kaphil and harvinder sing... They are very rude and arrogant.. They disconnected the call.

I ordered two pants from myntra app and i did not get product.. Charges got debited.
