Mynta customer agent says 886.20 rs refund credit in your acount but i checked in bank not credit in my account, mynta agent give me refrence number but also not to show in my branch bank. So too much irritating. Round and round only sorrounding. So please sir my kindly request to you please solve my reauest,, my product is roadester jeans navy blue ant the value is 886.20....

Could you return this product as the size of the product is small for me it is not even fit me well and it is not about only 100rs so i can ignore, it is quite expensive. I can assure you that proudct is in good condition as i have received. Please look into the issue.

I paid for my order on myntra online twice, the money got debited but the order didn't get placed. I got the money back the first time but there was no refund the second time and i've sent them so many mails but there customer care service number is unavailable. I'm not able to contact there agent through mail, call, chat anything and there is no action taken from myntra. Please see to it....

I have paid for the order and on 9th/oct/2019 i received a message that my order is out for delivery and in evening i received a message that order is delivered.
The order is showing as delivered and i did not received nor i received the call from delivery executive. I scheduled a call with myntra and they did not call me back. This is unacceptable. Please revert back asap...

Got a call from delivery person. I asked him to handover the package to my friend, in between the conversation he disconnect the call and the conversation was incomplete. I tried to call back initially the number was switch off and after it rang but he did not pick the call. Order number is[protected]-0609901. There were three products were there, one jeans, one sweatshirt and one wd external hard drive (Which i ordered from flipkart)....

This is to inform that my order was out for delivery on monday of this week as i had received an sms mentioning that my order is out for deliver.. But later in the evening i received a msg mentioning that we are unable to deliver your order... And when i contacted the myntra customer care they said it’s been rescheduled for 8th october i. Ordered around 6 items, all prepaid.
Delivery date was within 8th october but i haven't received them yet.
The tracker showed that all of them have reached my nearest hub long back.
The customer care department is a complete failure since all the time it indicates that all the delivery executives are busy.
Could not find any other way, hence filing a complaint here. Attached one of the order details for reference....

I have ordered 2 jeans. I collected the insider points and after trying the jeans it is the bigger size so not able to exchange. Now myntra refuse to exchange the product. I don't want to return the product. They are not exchanging not even telling about refund. This could happen to anyone. I am not even asking for refund. If this is the situation they should give that option to collect insider points after return period is over....

I placed an order on 28 september, there were 10 items in the order. On 30th i received 6 out of 10 items and remaining day after. I checked the app on 1st october after returning from office at 7:30 pm and found that sassafaras dress was marked delivered but i had not received that dress. I contacted myntra at that moment but they were not available between 7pm-8am. I contacted them again on 2nd october, almost every hour but they were always...

I ordered two dresses on 30th sep and it was supposed to be delivered on 4th oct instead it got delayed to 9th oct, today is the date i was hoping to get my dresses as it was really an urgent one! I am hella disappointed with the services! Idk what to do now as i need to get it within today or tomorrow! They say it has been out for delivery since 4th oct but i had not received any info from the ecom express courier service too..👎...

The shoes i ordered was with size 6 and same was written on the box but actual shoes (Product) received was of size 4.
When i tried to return the order it was put on hold even after mentioning the issue and same was shown to pick guy.
Tried connecting to the myntra but didn't received any call back even after trying several time.

I have placed order on myntra on 8/10/19 of rupees 3600.45 through wallet. My money got deducted from wallet instantly but order didn't placed on myntra. I have talked to wallet customer care. They said transaction was successful but myntra is keep denying. Wallet customer care gave me the bank transaction id[protected]. But myntra is denying that they didn't receive. Please do the needful....

On 2nd of october 2019 i ordered sling bag for my friend as her birthday gift... At time of order delivery datewas 8th october.. So i check order status its in shippinf from last y days pathetic service by myntra... Where amazon giving delivery in one day... Myntra needs more 15 days to deliver product why why ur doing business.. Need to take some strict action against this myntra......

They told me that they have already initiated refund and i need to call state bank of india or to call their customer care. I did visit the bank and called sbi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated...

Myntra returned back my package to the origin even without approaching me. They are not even refunding my money. There is no option to even call the executives and ask them for a refund.

Very bad experience!

It is very bad to make a consumer to wait a long, moreover the customer care service is also dealing with it very badly. I will not suggest anyone your e commerce operators. Others are very punctual compared to yours. Even though they got delayed atleast they make us know about that by messages. Your service is very unfair. I ordered 2 products from myntra on 1.10.19 and it was shipped through ecom express. On tracking the order, i find that the pickup of the order has been rescheduled everyday for the last week. No support from myntra and neither can i query why my product is taking so long to be shipped. This is so frustrating. Order number and tracking screenshot below....

I have made a purchase of rs 1722 on 7th october, 2019 from my sbi account. Amount is deducted but i have not received any confirmation mail.
I have emailed myntra support but currently myntra support system is not available. I have also tried approaching their customer care support over there till free no. But they don't have any option to speak to their customer care executive...
