When I placed order delivery was promised in a week.
The item is stuck in the same city.

I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter on nykaafashion on 20th September, they were supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days . We waited until 29th Sep but items weren’t delivered. So we canceled the order by calling customer care and asked for refund . It’s been 15 days they haven’t canceled the order and not processed the refund . Even customer care doesn’t have any information where the parcel is ? They are unable to track ....

I have placed a order on nykaa on 9th October which was supposed to be delivered on 13th oct and has not yet been delivered. I tried contacting customer support but they disconnect the call saying there is technical glitch everytime after waiting for 30 min...

My order no. is NYK[protected]. Payment have been done through Paytm. My items of awb #PP00373545 have been shipped through Dependo on 3rd October. It has been shown as delivery attempted however, no attempts were made. They did not come to my address and would just mark it as "failed delivery" as pleased. The delivery agency did not make a phone call either. And when I schedule for a delivery date, no attempts of delivery would occur....

I have been using Nykaa for the last many years and have always been delighted by both the products and the delivery. But on 29th Sep I had placed an order for 3 products Order ID NYK[protected] which was shipped the next day through ExpressBees and I could see in the tracking status that the package was not moving. Finally, without even trying to contact me they notified that I refused delivery and that the products were going back...

I ordered on 3rd October. According to your delivery date it was 8th October 2022 & now today is 9/10/2022 you people making excuses & are not ready to deliver my courier in time. Nykaa is fraud company and they are taking your money & not sending your courier on time....

Hello,

Today, i.e. October 1st, 22, I received calls saying that they are calling from Sales and Promotions Division of Nykka.com and that based on previous online shopping on the platform my number is one of five selected winners in a lucky draw/event run internally by Nykka.com. They told me that I can choose from any of the five items (heavily priced) and that will be delivered at my address.

I had placed an order with Nykaa on the 11th of September. It was a prepaid order. I didn't like the product and i immediately asked them for a return and refund of my money to my UPI ID. They picked up the given product from my place on the 18th of September and have falsely put on their website that refund has been initiated from their side. Whereas the truth is nothing has been done from their side! They are an absolute bunch of frauds!...

I have ordered products from nyka worth rs. 1537. In order ID NYK[protected] on 5th September 2022. (The amount was pre-paid) And due to some reasons I have to cancel the items. Today I got a call from someone claiming he is from #nykaa ([protected]) He told me there was a promo offer, where if I purchased items for INR 5000, I would get 50% cash back. In addition to that, I could choose an additional gift of TV/iPhone/laptop.The data of Nyka is breached and your customers are being cheated badly. I am the recent victim and Nyka will have to be directly responsible. Pls Take this seriously....
