All the Parcel either lost or received damage.

Hello,
I sent 38 parcel of wedding boxes with dry Fruits from Ship Rocket. Maximum Boxes they delivered Late means after Wedding Date Client Received the Item in damage no use. 1 Box Cost Rs. 1500 per pc they didn’t even take action regarding this. 4 Boxes they Lost they transfer only 2 box amount & 3 RTO in which 2 received in fully crushed form. 1 Box wrong Item Received Kids books. Shipment cost and no solution provided for 3 months

My order with AWB [protected], which was created on 18 th of October.
The order was first not picked up for 5 days due to which I made several complaints, finally it was picked up and then it wasn't delivered, the shipment was finally marked lost and is was provided a refund in the form of wallet balance, suddenly one day the amount was deducted from my wallet and it said the shipment was found and will be delivered to me, the shipment...

Delay pickup and delivery

They always delay to pick up my products now they start delay in delivery.. their customer service also worst.. they can't resolve any issues.. their app not updated any information about pick up and delivery.. I lose my customer for their fault.....

DTDC lost my courier

This complaint is in reference to Consignment no. D83672740 which has not been received by the customer, however the status is showing as delivered. But when we checked the proof of delivery the stamp or signature was nowhere found.. Kindly look into the matter urgently as very crucial document and books were missing. Package still not delivered

Okay, this is the second time I'm making an complaint against the delivery.
The package was shipped and reached at TRV_Thiruvananthapuram hub on 7 December 2021 and still not delivered.

Pickup hasn't been done since a week

I've been calling incessantly every day to your customer support helpline to get a grip on the situation. And every day a new customer support executive assures me that the issue has been escalated and the pick up would be done that day. But now it has been an entire week and there has been no progress.
I haven't been given a reason for the delay or a definitive timeline for some action to take place....

RTO Initiated without Any Attempt

Shiprocket Support is the worst they close the ticket based on the feedback from their service providers. They don't hear it conform the updates from the consignee or consigner.

The service providers just make fake attempts about the delivery and then mark it as RTO to get paid again. No attempt is paid and I have been calling the support for 6-7 days but no proper updates have been provided.

I was sent a cancelled order by mistake and the seller asked me not to accept the parcel, so that it will go back to the seller and I get my refund. I ordered an article on 2 Dec and the seller shipped the order with shiprocket, but as I was assured that it will be delivered on 11th Dec so I paid them the money (the product was sold through amazon) but still I didn't get it, when I tracked it found that the product was in Gurugram at the date of delivery and said to be delivered on 15th Dec.
