about my asus zenfone max pro m2

Hi,
I am using asus zenfone max pro m2 from almost last 6-7 months. I have already update my 3-4 times as per system updation given by company. First 2-3 update was good but after last update i am facing some problem with my handset. Noticing that battery backup reduced to almost 10% from before. That is not the major issue. The most important matter is calling sound mean hearing speaker sound is reduced to atleast 50%. This horrible...

asus zenfone max pro m1 touch screen not working. fraud asus india

I have bought 'asus zenfone max pro m1' in 31st may, 2018.
Since i was using it, 4 time touch screen was not working whenever there is new software update from asus. The bypass i found was 'download and update' and reboot cell. It was 4 times during its warranty and solved by myself.
Now, after 15 days of warranty end date, same issue occurred again. I though to do bypass. But this time there was no new system update available....

non-cooperation and no active response from service centre as well as customer care regarding my problem

not received extended warranty voucher

I have bought the Asus extended warranty from the asuspromo.in website. They have told that they will share the warranty within 45 working days. But last time I mailed they replied that within 4th Week of may they will provide the warranty details but till now they have not given anything. Now they have also changed their website and not replying to my mail also....

laptop stuck issue

not providing spare parts

I bought an asus laptop for 1, 50, 000 18 months back. Its screen started malfunctioning and i took the laptop to service centre. They advised screen replacement for 25k and i accepted. However now they have refused to provide spare part and asked me to take the laptop back. It is duty of the company to provide to spare parts for atleast 5 years after product launch. But asus india is refusing the same....

Sir i have asus smartphone i want to suggest that please add quick screen shot feature on task bar or three fingure screen shot, and give us call recording feature while on call if we want to record without minimising calling display and at last in pie update i can not find split screen feature..
