Zenfone 3 laser

Asus claims that zenfone 3 laser has sony camera sensor and 52mp resolution in their own website, but in reality it has very poor camera resolution. When spoken to customer care, they just want it to be repaired rather than replacing the device.
Invoice is attached in image.
I want the mobile to be replaced if there is problem with camera of my device.
If at all every device has same poor resolution image then, how can...

Asus eeebook x205ta notebook (Atomquadco)

I brought my asus eeebook on last january and this is the fourth time it shows the same complaint... Its screen is vibrating. Due to the complaints i am not able to use the product frequently as it is under servicing for many days.. What can i do?. Please give me a suggestion in this regard at the earliest. Asus Not book

ASUS MAX software issue , 4g disconnecting frequently

Technical support for installation of motherboard

NOT at all committed to customers just trying to get rid of issues as soon as possible . not that much technically sound persons available. i had issue with asus 970 pro gaming aura, other board in installing amd radeon asus hd6670 graphics driver they didnt even tried to solve issues .. just asked me to do some basic things it didnt solved . but i managed myself to rectify . I am far better than their technical support...

Lte to Volte

Asus zenfone max (Zc550kl) does not support volte

We all know that the volte is a much required feature in india and it is available in almost all phones available in market today, it is also hardware dependent. But some manufactures chose not to update the phones even if the hardware supports volte and unfortunately asus is one of such companies.
To fully understand the ignorance of the asus towards their customers i will give an example, samsung j7 2015 & moto g3, moto x play etc...

Misleading specification sheet.

ASUS's website clearly claims that ASUS Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML) can record videos 1080p and 720p at 60 frames per second (fps). But when I bought this phone, I realized there's no such option to enable 60fps. Rather the phone records at 30 fps and below. I tried methods like factory reset. This phone used to record at 60 fps but the update patches have simply removed it. They've also changed the spec sheet after I purchased this device. And now...

Battery problem

Motherboard problem

Signal problem in new phone got repaired 2 times by service centre.
