not repairing/replacing motherboard which got defected in warranty period

defective product nexus 7 received

i bought a nexus 7 tablet on 14 feb 2014...just a week a happen and by normal usage the screen cracked ...an unusaul thing happened for the first time ...i went to service centre and they neglecting the customers...i am indepth worried about services, ...whom i have to scold flipkart or asus? TOUCH EVERYTHING IS WORKING BUT THE SCREEN CRACKED SLIGHTLY BY NORMAL USAGE if the product is physically damaged then i would prefered a cost...

worst company asus

i have purchased a new laptop ! 1 week before, it is asus x550c. only after 2 days it is creating problems. it is getting restated automatically. we contacted our retailer... he checked and returned back, said its done, now it is alright. but again this nonsense laptop creating trouble to me. the same problem, it gets restarted now my retailer says go to service centre. what would i do, it is creating problem in a week only. afterwards...

Horrible Service, extremely expensive and no updates

I submitted my nexus 7 tab to repair the screen. For the quotation they took 2 weeks and asked me to pay Rs 25, 000 for the same. The cost of the tab itself is Rs 8990, then how can the repair be 3 times more than the tablet? Right now it has been a week and I haven't heard a single word from them nor have I got a new quotation and it has been almost a month now. Challan no. 29 Date of product submission 23.12.2013...

Asus products are poor & after-sales services is pathetic

the worst laptop i've purchased

Missing service for product !!

I own an Asus O!play mini. I bought it 14 months ago, and the warranty was for 12 months. My remote stopped working recently and the Asus service center (Rashi peripherals) refused any servicing option for that product since the warranty period was over !!
