damaged product

I have ordered a mobile handset model number vivo y91i (5 pis) & oppo a1k (2) from croma retail through online. My order number is[protected]. But did not receive any order confirmation email or sms after that. I did not even received the invoice of that purchase but my money got debited from my cc account for that. I called the help line number and they told that there is no information found against my order number....

Poor service quality

I had made a complaint about microwave for poor heating but unqualified technician failed to troubleshoot & burnt the transformer. Now they are charging 3100 for repair.

Regarding my order

Yesterday night around 8pm, i ordered a one plus 8 from croma online. After entering the otp received on my phone for completing the transaction, it showed as payment successful, but after that the web page just became blank for about 15 mins. I then closed the web page, and then checked on my croma account. Theere is no record of an order, but the amount has been debited from my account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible....

it is cheating the people

Extended warranty given by croma is just cheating the people. It is not only croma, it is with any vendor. They say extended warranty for two years but wont cover any thing with in the warranty time. It is a game played by product manufacturers and dealers to grab the money from customers indirectly.

overpricing while clearing cart and no resolution post complaint

Team, my concern doesn't need anyone to present at my home address.

While paying for the laptop rs.1000 added extra. I didn't processed since price got auto increased later 500 coupun provided by croma to clear the cart. This is kind of cheating. While placing order it was showing 13% off and the effective price is 42990 (Snapshot attached, prior to ordering this laptop i had sent the snap to my family for confirmation) however...
