payzapp transaction to bank account failed | ticket=165-565

I try to transfer to rs. 5000 to the axis bank account and the transaction failed stating the app error. But my wallet has been unloaded and i have stopped further transaction. I have tried calling to customer care but every time the customer care no is busy and they put to wait even for nearly 14 minutes. (Worst scenario). Worst of customer care no. Hello,
Hdfc charges me total amount of rs. 177/- ref. No. Is mir[protected] and narration is - 3rd party cash txn inc gst 301017-mir[protected].
I don't know about these charges. The customer executive from hdfc didn't response on my mail as well.
Previously they charge total amount of 6000/- (Approx) which is still not resolved. Now i'm afraid for my money and for digital transactions.br...

hdfc credit card dispute

hdfc credit card cancellation of one assist membership

Hi,

I have an hdfc credit ending with 4575 which is charged with an amount of rs 1299 towards oneassist membership fee. It was done without my knowledge and without any prior check with customer.
I had not opted for oneassist while applying for credit card. Also, oneassist didn’t take any prior approval from me.

Please cancel my membership and refund the amount at the earliest.

Hi i'm venkateswarlu lingam.

I paid 392/- for vodafone package from my mobile through hdfc netbanking. Amount was deducted from account but not credited to the customer account.
It was happened on jun 28th. As of now, there is no proper response from hdfc.

I checked with relationship manager and grievance cell people. They are always telling the process to kill the time....

threatening call from hdfc employee

hdfc life getting unwanted messages

I am very frequently getting unwanted messages from rm-hdfcsl, hdfcsl headers of hdfc life on my mobile number [protected]. I have repeatedly complaint on their customer care and email but no action is been taken. I still get the messages. I just want them to stop sending me these messages. Its been more than 2-3 month now that am talking to these guys with no satisfactory response. I dont understand why they need so much of time to just unsubscribe...

I am using hdfc credit card and i paid entire due amount on grace period of 3 (Last day) days. My due date is 23-oct-2017 and i paid amount on 26-oct-2017. Bank has charged finance charge as rs.5240.83 and requesting bank to reverse finance charge.
