E-wallet amount not refunded

I booked a tatkal ticket using E-wallet option. There was a failed transaction in my account with E-wallet but the amount was not refunded. I could not see anything in the refund status and there is not e-mail confirmation on what happened to the money.

Tdr requested but did'nt recieved refund

The tdr filed against pnr number [protected] with reason party partially confirmed/waitlisted and waitlisted passengers did not travel.
As i recieved the information to file tdr by calling at irctc helpline no.[protected],
I filed tdr as on 06 july, 2016 at 20:53:46 but they had not said me to collect non travel certificate against wl/rac passenger, as i have no any such kind of information how could i get to know this all...

Complaint on train number 12217 and 12218

Hello i m deep before i booked my seat in train number 12217 sampark kranti express kochiveli kerala to chandigarh i have three complaint on this train frst one is bcz now raining session to much rain in south side but this train window mirror not properly closing downside have space then all rain water coming inside second is this train inside roof no good no clean rat rounding inside train no good bed third is washroom no neat and clean...

Service

Its great to see indian railways has progressed a lot. I travelled in rabti sagar pnr[protected] from erode to chennai on friday 12th august coach b1 seat no 34, 35, 38.. Then i requested tte for other place, he gave us b2 57, 58, 59. I requested for blankets and pillows, the coach attender was rude and he didn't provide us. I explained everything to him, yet no response. My kids slept without pillows and blankets. I kindly need a explanation...

Delay in refund of online cancellation of e - ticket

On 15.8.2016, i online cancelled pnr [protected], its refund not yet credited in my bank a/c. Irctc claim to have issued refund instructions to its payment gateway. Further, irctc not interested to look into this issue, where and how refund is still missing in network of irctc?? I have repeatedly contacted helpdesk - customer care irctc online & every time they say that refund claim has been sent to its payment gateway. I m senior citizen....

Price chart

There is no price chart available in the coaches, for which the passengers are not getting the correct price for items by caterers providing food, water, snacks. Some examples are:

water bottle is charged for rs.20/- (instead of rs.15/-)
tea is charged for rs.10/- (instead of rs.7/-)
frooti charges for rs.20/-(instead of rs.15/-)
veg meals are provided for rs.120/-

Poor quality service on swarn jayanti rajdhani express, train no.12958

I had asked for boiled veg food, the caterer took order thrice and in the end at 10:00 pm, refused to serve such meals and made me go hungry.

These new caterers are not properly trained and can not maintain quality service in such premium trains also.

Refund money not received

I have filed tdr on 27 september 2015 with irctc. But refund not credited in my account.
I have followed up with irctc but got only one reply i. E. "request forworded to indian railway and we will refund once confirmed railway."

Suspension of irctc login id

My login id "rmnair57" has been suspended by irctc summarily without assigning any reason. On enquiry, it was informed that i allegedly had used auto-fill option while booking tickets. Which to my best of knowledge and belief have not utilised.

It's being very shameful that how unnecessarily indian railways are charging high amount even if their is no waiting list.

Extra charge deducted for cancellation of e tickets

If a confirmed ticket is cancelled more than 48 hrs before the scheduled departure of the train, flat cancellation charges shall be deducted @ rs.240/- for ac first class/executive class, rs.200/- for ac 2 tier/first class, rs. 180 for ac 3 tier/ac chair car/ ac 3 economy, rs.120/- for sleeper class and rs.60/- for second class. Cancellation charges are per passenger.
