Meals on wheels charging double the rate of menu card

Der sir,
I have travelling from tvc to sec up and down the pantry car people was charging (10 rs for tea and coffee)
(rs 100/- for meals)
(rs 50 for idly and vada)
(rs 70 for chapati.)
One of the co passenger has shown the tariff on the web site

When i argued with them they told give complaint where ever you want nothig will happen...

Booking history

I have an account in IRCTC and I have booked so many tickets. I want to see my transactions. But it is asking for details like PNR, transaction id, date.
If I have all those details I don't have to use that site for that purpose. I can get transaction details and date from my online banking. But how can I get the PNR number. I request consumer forum to make IRCTC to provide booking transaction history for user without asking those...

Seat allocation to RAC tickets should be based on age

My parents are travelling from KPD to HWH station. They booked ticket 2 months before and got RAC, now after chart preparation they got middle berth and upper berth seat. My father is 57years old and mu=other is 54years old. They got upper and middle while going from GKP to KPD. Then a person got up-gradation from sleeper class to 3A and got lower berth. Aren't this is expected to help the passenger already in the coach should get the preference....

Berth allocation

I am travelling by Garibrath 12188, my berth no is 32 which is a side middle birth.It is shocking how a lady travilling alone can get a side middle berth when more than 230 seats are vacant at the time of booking .
From last 6 hrs i am waiting for the TC so that i can get my berth changed. How a lady can sleep in the side middle birth when the space is so less and have to share the sitting seat during the daytime.

Deduction of extra amount even after the amount was deducted the day i purchase E Tickets

Through IRCTC website i took 3 E tickets on 3 Sep 2016 after 13 days from the account the paid for the E ticket. Rs11.50 was deducted 3 times from the same account.
Request you to do the needful as It is an open loot of money through safe transaction.
Please File my complain and refund the amount back.
I know its a small amount but looting from from millions of people is not just....

Irctc Staffs behavior and dishonesty issues

Same thing happening 3rd time with me, whenever you try to purchase a water bottle from official sellers of irctc in train they ask for 20rs, and if you remind them about printed price they would say give me change of 5rs and if you don't have the change they will not give you water. No coach information display and no station master in Adoni railway station Andhra

I want to know the reason that if you have written that you will take Rs. 10.00 + ST of Rs. 1.50 for every transaction (booking a ticket) on your IRCTC website, then why you are deducting Rs. 23.00 (Rs. 20.00 + service tax of Rs. 3.00) instead of Rs.10 + Service tax of Rs. 1.50 for a single transaction (i.e. when I am booking a single ticket, it costs me Rs. 23)....

Online reservation of berth regards

Sir, we booked on line ticket resevation ticket PNR NO.[protected] as on 5/7/16 I.E., PRIOR TO 84 days from journey surprisingly we got 2berth cinfirmed & 2 in waiting of 1&2 as per my knowlledge there is RAC between confirmed&waiting, it leads to posssibility of some malfunction or malpractice in railway portal sir, pl. look into the matter as this waiting system leads to shake our faith in online reservation . waiting for your reply.
