Non-intimation of flight status

Kind Attention- Mr. Sarvesh Tiwari, Hyderabad This is with reference to my booking (PNR ID4QHH) from Hyd to Bom on 20.10.2014 at 5:50 am via Indigo Flight 6E 319. I had done a webcheck on 19.10.2014, and as per instructions for passengers who do a web-check in, arrived at the airport 45 mins prior to the departure time. Excess charge - Though reached on time for boarding

It has been a hopeless experience travelling through Indigo Airlines. Though i do not prefer Indigo but had to book since did not find a seat in other Airlines timings of departure. On 7th October morning for 6:20 Am flight i had to reach Airport prior 45 mins for boarding. I reached Indigo counter exactly at 5:35 Am. Customer dissatisfaction

I was travelling from Kolkata to Chennai on the 13th of October 2014, in the Indigo flight 6E-526 with the PNR as F9D7QD. Baggage Damaged

Not providing pre booked foodings

We were 8 passengers in group, travelled on flight 6E 277 on 06.10.14. from Chennai to Kolkata.
My seat number 19 E along with my four members.

Unfair deductions at the time of cancellations

Not allowed to board the flight while a passenger arriving 20 minutes later was allowed
