Hi Team, this is second time in a row my flight is rescheduled which has resulted in rescheduling of my cabs with high fare.. As earlier i was getting an option for ginie & ola cabs who charge 10Rs per km but now i have to book meru where the fare is 20rs per km...This will result in additional 500-700 rs charge on me... Why this is happening everytime and who would be paying for such inconvienece...

A payment of Rs 43, 470 was made by me for air ticket booking through Indigo airline mobile web site. I have received payment confirmation from Citrus for the said payment. But the booking transaction has failed due to your server problem of the Indigo airline web site. Sir, I am 68 years old worked as Professor in Pondicherry University and retired, travelled from Varanasi to Delhi and Delhi to Chennai on 8th Jan.15 by Indigo. Ms CHOI from the indigo check in counter in Guwahati airport harassed me during my recent Guwahati - Kolkata trip by flight 6E-322 and PNR D4PZRS. She was very unprofessional and treated us very disrespectfully which made me question the quality of recruitment of indigo officials. I was travelling by Indigo Flight 434 from Kolkata to Bangalore. The name of the counter staff was Niyaz. He asked me to check in my cabin baggage(which met all the cabin baggage dimensions) because I was carrying a laptop bag. My luggage weighed 15.6 kgs and my cabin baggage weighed 4.8kgs.
