Ordered a woodland wallet on myntra.com. received the package on[protected]. When I opened the myntra shopping bag the wallet box was empty. I called the customer care center they told me to wait for 3 days. Then I received a mail saying that my claim is declined. Now my trust has been broken. I want my money back. These stupid people does not respond to our complain. They delivered an empty box. How dare they put it into the shopping bag....

I am a regular user of Myntra and order from two different accounts for myntra. One is the [protected]@gmail.com and the other is [protected]@gmail.com. In the last few months, I have ordered a lot of things from Myntra however, there are times that once you order a product from Myntra in a few hours they lower the prices of the product so, naturally I am forced to create a return request and order from my alternate account....

I had ordered a shoes pair from Myntra website which is not fit on the person.
For last six days we have been following up with the customer care to get it collected but every time they reeponse that it would get collected within 24 hours with the mail confirmation.
Till now we are only getting the rescheduling email and message from Myntra and no one is actually bothered of the customer pain.
These people have blocked...

I am a frequent customer of myntra and i have bought many many products.. I have ordered 10 products and finally i got 4 products and after that they have locked my account without any reason.. If a call to customer care, they are not giving any solutions! All products are worth rs 13500 approx.
My money is not a joke, i am helpless i am unable to access my account, please help me for unlocking my account..!!...

Myntra provides such a disgusting and time consuming services. I have placed a order of dressberry on 18 may, 2019. I received a defective product then i registered a complaint. They said to wait me till 27 may then i ll get notifications or emails but i didn't get anything then i called them again and again they asked me to wait till 30. I have been an icon customer of myntra.com, a regular buyer on myntra since it has been launched. And now they have blocked my account without any prior notice, i am not understanding why they have to do it and keep customer's money. I have almost 14000 rs/- in myntra credit. I have called on their customer care but they people are not able to tell any reason at all....

My account has been locked by myntra and they are not giving any valid reason for the same. I called the customer care on 3rd june and they asked me 24 hours to resolve the problem after 48 hours when i called them again they are asking for 24 hours more i dont know what is happening how do i place return request from the locked account

I have requested for exchange of puma men blue croatia idp sandal. I was in my office & my mother was there. He denied the exchange first, then told my mother to clear off the slight dirt which is on sole of the sandals. Then he asked my mother to wash it off. I had ordered for 3 t shirts out which one did not have tag at the first place. I wanted to return all 3. 2 got returned however third one gave lot issues. My myntra account is blocked. I contacted customer service and it is of no use. Treating customer in this bad way is not acceptable. I have thousand rupees. Myntra credit in it and i don't know the reason why it's blocked. I need my money back. My money is no joke. I need my myntra account back possibly if not at least my money back. Myntra has become worst ever... If i don't get my money back i will move to consumer court...

I ordered a pair of slippers on 27th of may 2019 and i was to get the delivery by the 2nd of june 2019 but they did not deliver the product and said that the item is lost somewhere and they had cancelled the order on their own and now the product which i wanted is out of stock and they did give me a goodwill coupon compensating their mistake but there is a twist, the goodwill coupon which they offered me does not work, it's just a scam so...
