I have placed my order on jun1 and expected delivery date provided is Jun 9. Today day is June 20 yet I haven’t received that order.when I requested they say only option we can cancel the order when the delivery person comes.

They say there is no other option of cancelling, we need to wait and keep waiting for the delivery person just to come till door step...

I have purchased a dress of Rs 2200 because of size issue I wanted to return this but your Customer care said as I have earned some points I am not able to return .It's very pathetic excuses which you have made .I am ready to pay extra to return or to cancel those points as it is waste for me .Not happy with the services .not going to shop anymore after this also will suggest everyone in my circle not to purchase from this app....

I Purchased these shoes from mantra bad when I purchased the shoes the had the option to get the product retired and exchanged with in the time period of 30 days and when I am testing to return the product I have been told that because I reesemed some points I would not be vale to return the shoes and when I. Baking to take back the points as i dont wants it they are refusing for the same. Kindly help with the matter.

I had made a purchase of 4 products in myntra app on 29-May-2018 and delivery was done for 3 of the products. The 4'th product was to be delivered on 9'th but has not been delivered till date (19-June). I had preferred a complaint with their customer service on 13-June and they had recommended they will need 72 hours. I haven't recieved my refund of Rs.851 which should be credited to my account till 4th june 2019, as i returned the product 25 days ago and cancelled my exchange order. According to Mytyra policy refund should be transferred between 7-10 days. And when i contacted Mynyra customer care they gave me this refrence no.[protected] and told me to contact my bank support team and complaint on the basis of above refrence no.
