I bought a kurta from Myntra and returned it with price tag. The boy who came to pick checked throughly and later Myntra said that the price tag was missing and they told me that they are going to resend again. It happened on 11th of October and till today I didn't get my product or my money that I paid( 2799). Every time I am calling they are saying that we will sought out your issue within 2 to 3 days, but nothing happening. Please help...

Hi Team,

I have order adidas shoes[protected]-3334801) and returned back due to quality issues.
Post that myntra delivery agent has collected the shoes and holded the return request and i received mail on 10-Oct-2022 stating that "return request has denied and we are reshipping the product to you".

I waited for a couple of days but i didn't received the shoes, then i raised a ticket with myntra...

delivered wrong product firstly. When I give return to your delivery man he is do scam to me.
My return date is 19 October 10:30AM pick up is done.

After that i tried the product but it wasn't my fit & i was not satisfied with the quality so i repacked the dress as i was before and applied for return and refund. They picked up my product on 23/1022. I didn't even wear that for 30mins. But now it's showing failed in quality check and refund is on hold. I made an order from Myntra company on 18th October 2022. While making the payment I chose the option of payment through UPI and completed the payment.

The payment was successfully done with UPI Reference number :[protected].
But when I checked the order details the mode of payment was showing as pay on delivery even though I had already paid for it.
