I have received a wrong item dated 3rd October, 2022, but, now they are saying it will be returned back, but failed to send any pickup agent dated 4th October 2022, now saying it will take 11th October 2022. More over, because of their mistake, even if I purchase my original item, which has a price difference, Myntra said, not possible I have to buy, even if it cost higher. The delivery boy is very very bad and he sent me out of delivery msg on morning and i have called him immeadietly but he is not answering my call and after so many times he is lifted and then he is telling he will deliver my item when he wants to deliver till then i have stay in deliver adress otherwise
he tells me he will return my return when i am not there in delivery adress
i cn expalain full problem but you go through...

Hi Team,
received product n 8th sept due to size issue I returned it on 9th sept after that I keep calling their customer care for refund but they keep tell lie and new excuse all the them, some time product quality was bad, product not reached to warehouse, ... blah blah, all the time they keep telling lie and so far 24 days passed and they did not refund my money.

We got delivery from ekart agent .The agent din’t brought Myntra packet but brought ekart packet in which 3 bills were there and only 2 products, the agent came to my door without calling me on phone, i have taken video of this situation, cos this is the second time facing same issue. Last time also got 2 products but got a message that 3 were deliveries, when complained myntra customer care, they said we cannot help cos here in database...

I bought deodorant, my order id # 1215199 [protected] package of deodorant was already opened & deo was not sealed. So i retuned item under damage products section, they picked up product on 21 sept. After picking up product they are saying that your product return is declined because product is not damaged. After that myntra said you will get replacement/ reshipment in 7 days, myntra declined to give me refund, after that i was waiting...

I placed an order of a Pencil Skirt from the brand SASSAFRAS from Myntra.
Order ID is #1214810 [protected]
I ordered in size 30, yet the skirt was pretty much loose on me & I didnt even like how the fabric felt on my skin when I tried it, so I placed a return request for the same.
The product had tags intact & the agent also checked the product & it had tags.
The product was unused as how can a person wear...

I ordered 'Harpa Women Mustard Yellow & White Printed Top' and I requested for exchange of same product with same size, which was not delivered to my home.

But I got a message that the product was delivered and my existing one was returned, when I am still having the existing item with me. I raised complaint with Myntra, and asked for exchange, but they are saying I cannot get the exchange but can only return the product....

I recently bought sandal form mynta and its Order Number:[protected]-9886201. but after one day o[censored]se one of the strip of sandal ripped out. i put a return request and the return id is [protected]. but the pick up person didnt take back sandal and asked me to contact customer care. i called myntra customer care but they simply denied to take back used product but i use it only few minutes. infact product has one month warranty too but...

I am registered and active user on Myntra.com.

They suspended my account without my permission and also cancelled my orders.

I have called to customer care but they disconnect after few minutes. I have tried 5 times in 30 minutes (I have recording too).

To activate my account they asked for Government proof (adhaar card/voter card, etc...).

Why Myntra need my government proof...

I placed an order of a pair of van Heusen sandals and it was delivered to me on 25th September. It was really loose on me so I had placed for a return the same day. The return was picked up the next day and the delivery boy checked the sandals with all the tags for 2-3mins and later approved. The product was successfully picked up. Next I receive a message from Myntra today that the return has been declined because it didn’t pass the quality...

I bought a total of 5 items from Myntra. The issue is with the cancellation of 1 product among the 5. Name of product is: "WROGN Men Grey Self Designed Slim Fit Stretchable Jeans".

Returned products amount around 2200 refunded to Myntra credit. I had choosen the option because money will be credited on that day. Now Myntra showing that your money was expired.
