Non-delivery of products

I have not received my products
App doesn't show the status of the orders

There is no in app support feature. The app is not made properly - being integrated in Ola app but there is no way you can see past orders or raise complaints.

Money is already deducted from my accounts and i have full proofs of payment to ola foods

The customer care number provided on the website doesn't work.br...

Driver impolite behaviour and money making policy

I have paid cash to ola driver through phonepe at 2:40 pm it is not showing my ride details and fare that I have paid . Send me the the receipt of my money that I have paid as soon as possible.....

Failure of software and excess fare charge

I booked Mini old at estimated fare of Rs 450 to travel from Grant Road to Malad Mumbai on 9/2/22 night around 8.30pm. Excess amount charged on rental over and above extra km and time fare

Peak Pricing increase without my knowledge

Blocked my customer account

I Amit Vikram Bakshi, registered my bike in Ola Driver after onboard my customer account has been blocked by Ola. Now I have changed the Mobile Number and email ID on Ola Driver / Partner App but still my account is showing blocked I am unable to make payment of my outstation olamoney amount which is 4725/-. & also getting late payment Charges.

Non payment of postpaid money

On 3rd of December I had avail the service of Ola auto from home to work place. Without my knowledge I mistakenly selected wrong option "postpaid money", but later on I had paid the amount via cash. Why would someone will pay the amount twice. This is not justify reason to ask someone for money which has already paid...

Excess fare charges

I booked an ola cab today from my residence at AL/1/C/21, New Town, Kolkata 700156 to Ramkrishna Mission Seva Protisthan, Kolkata 700026.
When I started the booking it Rs.301/ as fare charges, but when the booking was completed, it showed Rs.359/- as fare. And I had to pay the same. If had I cancel the trip, they would deduct another cancellation charges.
So I think, it is a kind of fraud.
Hence I demand refund of excess...
