I had purchased an Anne Klien watch on 6th Nov 2022. The watch stopped working after one month. I took the watch to World of Titan. The In-charge informed the battery has drained and replaced the battery as it was during warranty period. The watch stopped working again with 15 days. I have account with Tanishq at Kurukshetra. I need fund with benefit amount in my bank account. I had paid 5k to tanishq for 10 month. Now I am facing issue in getting my fund.

I have raised the request for refund now distributor is saying I will get only principle amount and get discount when I will buy something .this is fraud..and cheating with customer.

Also talking about that You will get fund after 400...
