When I called on Feb 06, 2020, I was told that they forgot to raise an installation request. WOW! I confirmed my details, and told them that the installation was supposed to happen to a new address. Despite repeated requests & complaints at both havells as well as croma customer care, there is absolutely no action in last 1 month. We feel cheated & harrassed. Purchased refrigerator on 24th dec'19, item delivered on 26th dec'19, demo completed and it was switched on on 27th dec'19 but refrigerator didn't started cooling till 28th dec'19 morning. Complaint to croma on the same day. Till today 08th jan'20 didn't get any solution of replacement.
Daily have to follow-up for any solution and daily i am getting an update that i will get update and solution within 24 hours but since last 4 days...

No official mails or notifications given on the delay still now. On cross verification they are saying its technical fault.
