On 17_nov, 2019 i have paid amount of 13208.06 via google to croma j p nagar, 2nd phase, bangalore, karnataka. The amount got deducted from my account but croma billing person said its not received but when contacted to google pay they said amount has been refunded back to merchant. On 31st march 2019 i had purchase a new mobile phone vivo v15 pro from croma infinity store, faridabad store at 0% emi scheme. As per the selling terms, croma would be charge 1500 rupees extra from customer for avail 0% interest scheme at product value through emi and after the completion bank would be release 1500 cash back directly in customer account. Now croma is not ready to pay cash back offer to consumer because everything was verbal....

I have purchase faber chimney 90cm from rajkot croma on 18th october 2019 invoice number sla[protected]. I was waiting for my product to be delivered till now also not getting reply from store or customer care.
7th time i called customer care still not received any reply from anyone!!!
Neither customer care nor store manager responding me.. Please take a look in this matter in immediate basis otherwise i am going to take legal...
