A technician by name Jayachandran from Srishti Tech attended the service. While he was repairing the leak, I heard a big crushing noise of some plastic material. People do not know any thing of the product.
They give false promise.

I took a fridge 5 months back and was told that they will fix any issues within 1 year. If they can't fixt, it they will refund my money.
Freezr has issues; it genrates lot of ice and deforost spills water all the florr every day.
I complained to them at least 5 times in last about the same issue and it's not resolved yet.

Technician told last time that it can not be fixed because of the gas being used but did...

Paper stucked, their technician came and removed paper jam and found a defect in paper roller part.
