I am writing with regards my policy # 15109233 which was surrendered to your vikhroli branch on 10th june 2017 with a commitment that i will be refunded back my money within 7 working days. Today is the nineth working day and i havent received my refund yet.

I have been even writing mails to your executive with no reply back (Hansraj). Does hdfc life really cares about customers or once the policy...

I have just opted for a hdfc credit card and without any activation or opting for the one assist services, a fee of 1299 was deducted from my credit card ending 5159 on 21/6/2017 and received a message dear card member, one assist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 5159, so i would like to deactivate the services as i am in no need of it... I purchased a car from HDFC bank in 2016 and the time of getting the loan approved, they clearly mentioned that there will be Penalty on Fore closure of the loan after 6 EMIs.

I have been paying EMI on time and now 2 days back when I went to get the loan closed they are charging me 5.75% of the loan i.e. Rs. 18, 761.00

I have been noticing that every quarter hdfc is deducting 115.00 for so called programmanagement fee. None of them have inform me before deduction and have no right to deduct single rupees without my permission or prior notice. This shows that our money is not safe in hdfc bank as any suspect can happen anytime. I want my money to be refunded and wanted to make sure no such deduction shouldn't happen next time....

Deputy manager's irresponsible when inquired about the top up loan. Processed my application without my confirmation. Now the application has been rejected due to this now i'm unable to apply again for 1 month. When asked for solution they are saying "do what ever you want". This kind of reply is very hurting (Don't know if the person is from hdfc. He is probably from some agency)

I have lost my credit card in 2011. I requested the customer care block and deactivate my card. They have just blocked and not deactivated the same. They are adding the anual charges every year and now the outstanding amount is shown as 4768rs. I want to close the card by paying the outstanding amount. I dont understand why anual charges are been applied though i am not holding the card.
