Dear team,
I booked flight from indigo 6e 755, from delhi to mumbai 4 pm, boarding time is 3:35 pm 25 minute before the flight time.. However i reached 40 minute before check in that is 3:25. It means i reached 35 minutes before boarding time and 10 minutes before gate closer. And there were no rush on counter so i can easily took my flight, however inversely they are spoiling the time in argument that time is to close the gate 25...

I have been chasing indigo since 3 sep and it is 12th today. Clearly, indigo is least concerned about the customer service. Your customer support is just booming my inbox with indigos standard reply saying that we will get back. No wonder your services are so inefficient. I faced 3 issues and none of them were answered till date.
1. My family reached the airport and your long queue of checkin 45 minutes prior to closing of the counter....

I have booked a ticket on 02.09.2017 bearing pnr xetkyg, from pune to kolkata. As my destination is wrong i cancelled it within a hour and talked to your customer service. Again i booked a ticket bearing pnr abyfjz. Till today i didn't get refunds. Kindly let me know when i will get my refund? I got a mail that you will get full amount refund, i. E rs 6376/-...

This is yasaswee from bangalore i got a call from am person called neha [protected] and recruiter for indigo airlines and they asked me to feel of rs 2000 to gaurav and got details in msg. And mail from hrteam. [protected]@outlook.com again later they asked to pay 6000 for background verification later 23000 for training and they sent me mail after every payment stating it is refundable amount in my 1st month...

Dear team,

This is with huge concern that i am dropping a note.
We had a flight today at 09 sept 2017 at 2:00 am ist flight number 6e338. We had a very critical function to attend on saturday 09 september 201. With the trust that indigo will deliver a fair service level, we booked the flight couple of months before and was hoping that it could be one of our memorable journey.

As per id - nf[protected], return flight ticket for three passengers namely, parveen singla, romesh chander jindal and santosh rani was booked on 27/6/2017 for flight from delhi to bangalore on 9/8/2017 and from bangalore to delhi on 19/8/2017and user development fee of rs.564/- per passenger from delhi to bangalore and rs.829/-per passenger from bangalore to delhi was charged as per issued invoice/ fare details. Hi,
This is prashanth & i had booked tickets for 2 adults in indigo airlines to travel from blr-kolkatta-bagdogra (Ixb) on 2nd sep 2017. Just 2 mins before we boarded the flight, we were told that i cannot board the aircraft since i had a power bank in my check-in baggage. I understand that we should not have checked-in powerbank, but i should have atleast been told at the check-in counter if i had a power bank or at least an announcement...

I paid full price for my sisters ticket and her 4yrs old daughter ticket. When she reached at the airport, the staff told her that seats where baby's can sit comfortably are not available, so she agreed and took another seats. When she reached inside the flight, somebody was already sitting on her assigned seat and that men denied to get up as he said he paid for that (Which is right, as he also paid) but my sister wasn't travelling for free...

You are completely escaping and hiding... Like

In my recent previous mail, i have clearly mentioned that your web - check-in was not working and in turn i missed the flight...

And hence it is complete responsibility of indigo to return the money and through offers and discounts in future flights to cover complete 4200 rupees...

Indigo is desperately forcing the customers to rescedule the flights... By closing the boarding gates without any announcements... This is cheap trick... We were at the gates 20 mins before the flight but they didnt allowed us to board... They rudely said go buy another flight... The gates are closed... This is a silent airport and there will be no announcements...

I lost 15k for this... This is my hard earned money... If they...

I almost got hearning problem permananetly after boarding 2 flights one from pune to hyd and second one from hyd to chennai.. Both flights all my friends (Around 17) got thier ears damaged. I had spoce jet journry a week ago but we did not face any issues.. Is there any stupid whic can get an answer or do you want to use social meadia to get answers....

The gate keepers are closing the boarding gate before the time, and they knows that people are standing for boarding, inversely they are spoiling the time in argument that time is to close the gate 25 minuts prior and closing the gate 30 minuts ago and forcing to buy tickets for next flight, only 500rs wave off, due to announcment free zone, no vocal call from gate keepers before closing the gate, and still there are announcments are going...

This is to regret that i had travelled today from ccu to ixa with pnr no. Bcsygt whereas i had done fast forward checkin with transaction id[protected] but no fast forward tag was enclosed which in turn has delayed me in collecting the baggage. I highly appreciate your service which is praise worthy but such mistake from your end is not appreciated. Kindly inquire the matter. I have the snaps of the tags when i had arrived at agartala airport....

I had booked a ticket for my journey from imphal to guwahati. The journey date was 3rd september, 2017 in flight no.: 6e 187.in the booking i have added services as pre-booked meal and pre-reserved seat for my itinerary.

After boarding the plane and when it comes for meal serving i was told that the meal will not be provided for this booking as the flight duration is only 50 minutes and instead of meal i can get only cookies....

On 26th august 2017 i had a connecting flight of indigo from mumbai domestic airport to amritsar. Flight no. 6e 174 from mumbai to delhi and then 6e 894 from delhi to amritsar. At amritsar airport my bags came at the end at the collection belt.. When i came back home and tried to open my luggage.. The zip of both my bags were damaged as if someone had opened it with a sharp pointed thing n sealed it again. My new purse was broken and there...

I am feeling very disappointed to share this for such a renowned company like indigo that our checked in luggage is not safe.
Yesterday i travelled from nag to del by indigo flight with pnr ze4i9d. When i entered in airport my wallet has 2600 rs.in it. I kept dat bag in luggage. Before reaching home i found that my all cash was stolen from my wallet. I complained regarding this to customer care and they denied to take responsibility...
