Regarding my diamond rings

I have bought two rings from different stores if tanishq one at noida gip mall and another from jhansi store which I wished to exchange yesterday for buying a gold chain of higher amount from Shipra mall indrapuram store. I was told that both my rings will only be exchanged for 50% of total value. They told us this is company policy regarding certain ucp products but we have never been told regarding the ucp products while buying those rings...

Inappropriate charges

Address: No 176 Puthu Koil Street , Velachery Main Road , Mahalakshmi Nagar, Selaiyur , Chennai-600073.

I submitted a TITAN watch (Model NC 1335YL02) at the TITAN showroom at Selaiyur, Chennai-600073 on 18 Apr 2022 for battery replacement. As the watch was perfectly running, I did not ask for servicing. The battery price was less than Rs.120, but I was asked to pay Rs.184 as service charges also. Watch was not serviced and i did not request for it also. The shop informed that this is the normal way of billing even if one does not ask for servicing....

Money Deducted Order Not Placed

I placed an order for pickup at store and money got deducted from my bank account but no order was placed at my end even I contacted at store they also said they haven't received any order so such bad experience I received from people at Titan . Today's is my father's birthday and I wanted to gift him a watch but Titan ruined it. Not expecting such experience from TATAs really disappointed....

Lens size is too bigger than the usual one and I am not comfortable the lenses after paying 18907/-

Low quality product - Titan watch

Not getting my refund More than 1 month

I have purchased one product from tanishq arond 23rd Feb 22 and then placed for return, everthing happend successfully and Tanishq initiated a refund on 26th Feb 22 but i still havent recived my money back. I have been checking with Tanishq customer care for last 1 month but neither getting the refund nor the proper answer. Everytime i am getting different answers.

Silver Navigator Rimmed Eyeglasses

I bought the eyeglasses from Titan Eyewear Online. The glasses were delivered to me on 26.03.2022. The return policy of the company provides that the products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. As such the 7 days were expiring on 02.04.2022. However, they have wrongly closed the return on 01.04.2022 and there is no response to my complaint on e-mail I have sent on 02.04.2022.

Exorbitant cost for battery replacement

Today I have replaced battery of my Titan wrist watch with chronological facility. They have charged me of Rs 211.86 each battery and taxes extra of 38.14 Rs each battery. Also 250 Rs.
