I have purchased the apple iphone 8 plus 64 gb from authorize apple retails on 10 feb 2018 and found manufacuring defect (Display has black spots and vibration mode was not working)
Deposit the same with 17th feb 2018 to authorize service...

my iphone 7 wasn't powering on

I had given my phone for service on 18th feb sunday. They said it would take 48 hours to diagnose the issue. Today post 48 hours, they tell me that the issue is with my battery and display which even a school kid could tell since it was not powering on and they have shipped my phone to the repair center for more diagnosis and that this process will take 3 more days!
This is ridiculous for the money we pay to buy the phone....

Big companies never do fraud., but how they loot money and gain bulk income from indian population. Let me explain many of foreign companies must depending on indian sales., they are getting 60% profit in revenue from only india markets... Nearly it’s correct because indian population 120 crores. Imagine if 5% of indian population uses apple...

iphone 7 plus service/insurance claim

On 01 November 2017, I had given my damaged Iphone 7plus for service (under Insurance) at Icare Service Center at TTK Road, Chennai. ON 17 Nov 2017 they confirmed me that my phone cannot be repaired and will be given a credit note worth s.52000/- towards insurance claim within 45 days. Now its already 90 days and several times I had called up and followed up on the status, but no proper response or confirmation from any of the service / customer...

iphone gone bad in year and 1 month and now they say buy a new one

Hi,
I bought an apple iphone 6s around end jan 2017 because my iphone 5s was giving issues. Later when i changed my iphone 5s battery it was working fine, if i had known earlier i wouldn't have purchased the new phone.

Anyways. Few days back my iphone 6s went into auto update mode (Software update) and it went off. Same thing happened with my iphone 5s also. My iphone 5s i was able to restore via itunes but was not...

fraud done by apple employee

having trouble hearing people on the other end of the phone

I have an iphone 7 plus, and seem to be having trouble hearing people on the other end of the phone during a regular phone call. Their voice is very faint, barely allowing me to hear what they're saying.

worst experience

Iphone 7 need to get replacement

inferior quality of iphone

Apple iphone 7 plus jet black handsets are having auto scrathes problems and which is making its look very cheap.

My only concern is that if it is know to apple that these scratches will come so easily, why the same is being sold and why it is not being told during sell of the product. Had it been told to me during purchase, i would not have gone for jet black model.

Apple is known for good and quality product...
