With reference to the subjected PNR(EBEIVJ), I want to file a complaint against the Irresponsible behavior of Indigo at Bangalore Airport today.(20-Feb-2017)

My mother reached the airport at 8:10 am for the 9:10 flight and dropped her Checkin luggage at the designated counter. There was a long queue in the security and she had to wait in the queue for more than 30 minutes. As the queue was long, she could not reach the boarding...

Hi

I forgot my Blazer and Jacket in the cabin above seat number 6C, in flight 6E755, with PNR C795XV on 6th March 2017, which was travelling from Dehradun to Delhi.

Soon after getting down the flight I realised that it was forgotten and had complained to the ground staff.

The ground staff instead of helping me instantly asked me to give a complaint in the counter.

I am travelling so many times in indigo but because of Deepam and Sameena (indigo )in Bangalore airport is faced a lot. I never book any ticket in indigo. I will put all the things to social media. INDIGO DELHI STAFF is PATHETIC and VERY UNCOOPERATIVE. Because of them i missed my flight (5am 11th Feb 2017) and they told us "YOU MISSED YOUR FLIGHT". We were at boarding gate 15 mins prior to departure.
Person at counter was not able to print the Boarding pass and due to excess baggage she asked us to pay extra (Which was not the concern) but in all these process they took around 10-15 mins. Meanwhile she was also busy in chitchatting...

On Feb. 24th I had booked my Indigo tickets from Bangalore to Jaipur, my flight was scheduled at 18.05 and I had done my web check-in a day before the flight.
I reached airport by 17.20 since I did not have my check-in printout, I had to rush to nearby Kiosk. Kiosk machine was unable to process my request and I was unable to get the printout. So, I ran to enquiry counter, as the queue was lengthy I had to wait. I waited for 15 minutes...

Rude behavior by ground staffs to fellow traveller regarding hand luggage. The indigo flight 6E 72 time was 7.20pm for departure from dxb to cok and it got delayed due to flight arrival late and departed by 9pm.

All passengers were really pissed off. flight was full. Boarding call start around 8.30 pm. Once final board checking done and walking through jet way to board flight at excess baggage drop area one of fellow passenger...

I was late by 5 minutes for check in, there were still 40 minutes left and they didn't let me check in, were very rude, pushed me out of the airport, denied me any refund and didn't let me take any other flight. Were nothing like airline staff should be. They did all this at Pune Airport. I'm a student and they didn't even consider that. They were unconcerned and selfish and eager to make money....
