We have been trying to disconnect our act broadband service since mid of this month but not getting proper response.

1. When i called the first time, they told we will disconnect and any difference amount will be sent to you to pay. But they never disconnected nore did we get any kind of communication.

2. Called again to check the status, if disconnect or still active, they told its not disconnected as the bill...

not resolving connection issue

My customer id is[protected]. It has been more than a week now since the internet connection was disconnected. We have been contacting act ever since to get it fixed but in vain. The customer service is really poor, the technicians just disconnect or won't pick my call. Everything just for giving connection to my home. Wonder what is the time needed to just connect back the cable...

Hi all,

I didnt receive any update that when it will be resolve? And who is going to visit place to fix the issue?
If you are not fixing this issue before 2pm today then i dont want act connection. You may cancel my connection and i will go with other isp vendors except act.

Fedup to calling customer care executive same 24 hour story telling by the executive. I cant see any updates.. Still the link is...

irresponsible & no resolution for complaint

My name girish with the user id : 11471372 and the area cable junction box is on my building for your reference.

I made a complaint on 24th may 2018 for slow internet, but the cse closed the call stating due to bad weather the internet has been slow and will be normal after sometime without taking/providing compliant details.

I made a call from [protected] on 28th may 2018 with the same complaint and cse informed...

fibernet broadband

I have been using act fibernet from last 1 year. Every month i have to face connection disruption issue in my area. I live in rachenahalli near srirampura main road. I have been raising compliant every week regarding the same. Act calims to solve the problem in hrs but it take more that 48 hrs for them to resolve, internet starts working for couple of days but again the same issue.
I run a micro business which is backed by act internet....

fraud company

My user id[protected] twitter messages, no reply. Now i'm on fb, next reviews, next consumer forum and so on. I requested disconnection of your stupid services, 6 months i had peace but you people could not leave me alone.

You approach my family when i was out of station and get them to take your services without my consent. Who the # you people think you are, return my money and cancel this service you #ing frauds....

wrong data usage

I have been told by act that i have uploaded 2 gb of data in a single day and that to from 12 am to 4 am and again 8 am - 12pm but the time mentioned there was no one at my place and the elders were sleeping. There is some fraud being done by them. I am getting my connection disconnected as despite of repeatedly asking where the data has been used i get a vague reply that they dont know but it has been used by us....

failure of service

My act fibernet connection is not working for the last 14 days, and inspite of repeated complains everyday, there has been no action taken yet.

The nodal officer number is always out of service. I sent an email to the nodal officer and they dont reply back. Customer service keeps giving an automated reply and never escalates my call to any senior management. Ticket no : [protected]

false commitment on initial setup

Applied for act fiber on[protected] at 11:40 am ist made a payment of rs.4378.00 for 6 months subscription and provided 24 hours timeline to complete simple wiring from house top to 2nd floor as the act box was already setup on top only needed was to use one of the ports for wiring.

Till date no one showed up for wiring as it has already crossed the 24 hour timeline as per commitment....

shifting delay

Its been 5 days i have requested for shifting the connection, but its not done yet. Initially they said it will take 48hr, after 48 hr is over i contacted with nodal officer they said it will take 72hr from now. Once that is also over now they are saying it will be done with in 5 days from now. This is how act is providing service.

internet not working past 36 hours complaint raised 24 hrs no response

It is a worst experience from act i am facing.. I raised a complaint 24hrs before till now no calls from act people.. Always facing this issue from act.. People not addressing the issue. Not even an enquiry. And there is no direct number to contact the support people. If customer care people calls they will say wait for one more 24 hours.. It is irresponsible team of act.

I have raised disconnection request in the month of february(On 10th Feb). Disonnection has happened but still feb month's bill is generated. I have paid even feb month's bill extra to get rid of ACT. Everyday 4-5people call on this and someone asks shall I send somone to set the box, someone asks is your connection working, someone asks you raised disconnection request so shall we disconnect. act delay in setting up new connection at beerumguda

no confirmation regarding payment of the online bill payment

cheating customers who pays in advance.

I took act fiber connection on april 17th subscribing to a-max 650 yearly plan which should offer 350 gb extra data which i didn't get in my account. I have paid 9200 rs (Includes gst tax) in advance, registered complaint with customer care.
