I had booked a 2A ticket from Bangalore cantonment (BNC) to LTT for 11th of Oct 2016 for train number 11014. Scheduled time of boarding was 4:10pm.

I have travelled on 10 oct 2016 in hapa express train from udipi to vasai road with pnr number: [protected], but i regret to say that it was one of my worst experience. We were travelling along with kids. There was no one to look after the hygiene in the train. Bathrooms had no water n were totally full n smelling, washbasins were full of dirty water and water was spilling from it along with the movement of the train.

I filed a TDR on 28-Jun-2016 for the ticket Booked by me. PNR No- [protected]. The journey date for above ticket was 28-Jun-2016.

I want to bring into your notice that passenger did not travel on above mentioned ticket because the Train had got diverted .So the Passenger had decided to cancel the Trip. I had filed TDR that day Only. I had written many mails to every department of IRCTC and Northern Railway....

I have booked retiring room in KSR bangalore station (SBC) for 12 Oct[protected]hrs) - 14 oct[protected]hrs) against my PNR [protected]. But till date my booking is not confirmed though the amount has been deducted from my account already on 10th Oct 2016.

I have been travelling from mangalore to bangalore since 6.5 years in the train number 16524. The train travels through mysore.

Every time people without reservation/tickets, board the sleeper class and ask/threaten the reserved passengers who are sleeping, to sit and offer them seat. Many reserved passengers have complained to ttr but no action has taken. Also the toilets are occupied...

On 10.10.2016 rs/- 210 return your a/c, but unfortunately no money come in my a/c.

I have a complaint against the service of IRCTC, that it is not providing the services properly. Day before yesterday during the reservation I had requested the side lower sit and then I got the sit No. 32 in S4
but today I saw that the sit No. 31 was side lower and 32 was the side upper.

I am active user on www.irctc.co.in since long years (5-8 years). My wife created her separate account (User id: richa524) as she needs to travel very frequently in her marketing field. Her id was blocked stating fraudulent activity without any information. We raised many complaints on care portal and [protected]@irctc.co.in, not getting any response leads me to tag them on twitter. This outburst on twitter by me resulted my irctc account also blocked...

I had registered a TDR on 21st August 2016 . Mahananda Express was late by 12 hrs on that so I didn't travel and cancelled my ticket & registered a TDR immediately . As per policy I am supposed to get 100% refund but I havn't received any amount.

I had accessed the IRTCTC website to book tickets from Mumbai-Ahmedabad (Shatabdi Express - 12009) on 07/10/2016. The site allowed me to make the payment but to my surprise the tickets did not get booked and the IRCTC page showed some "Error message".

I had booked my train ticket with pnr no.[protected] in train no.14660 on 11.8.2016 from jaisalmer to jaipur. But that train got cancelled due to heavy rainfalls. But i have not got my refund. Almost 20 days over no one responding to my mails. One of the Executive Manvendra singh, sent mail as " We would like to inform you that your given user id-dvm_1987 is inactive due to Use of autofill Scripts or Enormous hitting on site. Therefore, you can not use it again . ".

i didn't use any autofill script in my office system (at the time of tatkal ticket booking i will be in office so it is not possible...

I have travelled in 2 A.C on 5th October in Navjeevan express from Surat to Vijayawada. Even it is 2 A.C the train we experience too much shaking and jerking of train. I travelled with my wife who is pregnant. Even a normal person can't sleep and experience uneasy stomach. After the journey my wife feels too much pain because of that jerks.
