AC coach quality

I travelled in AC chair car C2 coach of train 12676. It had those brown seats unlike the usual blue seats. These new kinds of seats cause back problems easily. They cannot be pushed back beyond 15degrees. The window seats do not have arm rests, so we have to lean our head on the wall for comfort. The falsely accused and fired me for ticketless travel

I had booked a 2A ticket from Bangalore cantonment (BNC) to LTT for 11th of Oct 2016 for train number 11014. Scheduled time of boarding was 4:10pm.

I have travelled on 10 oct 2016 in hapa express train from udipi to vasai road with pnr number: [protected], but i regret to say that it was one of my worst experience. We were travelling along with kids. There was no one to look after the hygiene in the train. Bathrooms had no water n were totally full n smelling, washbasins were full of dirty water and water was spilling from it along with the movement of the train.

Refunding Amount of TDR

I filed a TDR on 28-Jun-2016 for the ticket Booked by me. PNR No- [protected]. The journey date for above ticket was 28-Jun-2016.

I want to bring into your notice that passenger did not travel on above mentioned ticket because the Train had got diverted .So the Passenger had decided to cancel the Trip. I had filed TDR that day Only. I had written many mails to every department of IRCTC and Northern Railway....

False reasons and not returning TDR amount

Retiring room booking issue

I have booked retiring room in KSR bangalore station (SBC) for 12 Oct[protected]hrs) - 14 oct[protected]hrs) against my PNR [protected]. But till date my booking is not confirmed though the amount has been deducted from my account already on 10th Oct 2016.

When I saw it in booked tickets section in irctctourism it is written Payment Settled and not booked.(plz see screenshots)

Allowance of unreserved passengers in sleeper class

I have been travelling from mangalore to bangalore since 6.5 years in the train number 16524. The train travels through mysore.

Wl amount not return

Irresponsible behavior. Doors locked unable to board the train properly

Payment not received

I had registered a TDR on 21st August 2016 . Mahananda Express was late by 12 hrs on that so I didn't travel and cancelled my ticket & registered a TDR immediately . As per policy I am supposed to get 100% refund but I havn't received any amount.

Money lost

Refund of ticket against train cancellation

Too much jerks and shakes even travelling in 2 A.C

I have travelled in 2 A.C on 5th October in Navjeevan express from Surat to Vijayawada. Even it is 2 A.C the train we experience too much shaking and jerking of train. I travelled with my wife who is pregnant. Even a normal person can't sleep and experience uneasy stomach. After the journey my wife feels too much pain because of that jerks.
