At Airport, staffs are less educated about the rules causing inconvenience to us. I had hand luggage of 9 kg (kg is inclusive of laptop). These people were not allowing me to take the baggage as they said that, you are not allowed to take 2 baggage(laptop bag and one air bag) as hand luggage.But while travelling from Bangalore I did not face any issues regarding 2 baggage's.
