REFUND OF LESS FARE.

Staffs at Ranchi are not aware of the Rules and were Misbehaving

At Airport, staffs are less educated about the rules causing inconvenience to us. I had hand luggage of 9 kg (kg is inclusive of laptop). Heavily Charged & Cheated for Next Flight Booking - Corrupt Officers
